“The hotel is a little dated, and not in the best condition. The air conditioner in our room didn’t work, it was an old style version with a knob not digital, but the staff made up for it. They were prompt and polite”

Yes, a little outdated but can't beat the helpfulness of the staff (they responded to needs ASAP) and the cleanliness of the rooms and property were better than some upper class hotels we've stayed in. The garden and pool were a great addition and very relaxing. Would highly recommend and looking forward to staying again the next time we stay in the area.”

“The hotel was nice, however our shower was dirty, there was someone's long black hair all over the shower walls. I have short blonde hair and my husband is bald so we know it wasn't ours.”

“Unfortunately, this stay was not what I expected. The photos online made the property appear much nicer than it was in person. The hotel feels run down and is definitely in need of updates and better maintenance. During every night of my stay, there were guests being loud in the pool area well past 10:00 PM, which made it difficult to relax. The carpets throughout the hallways appeared dirty, and the elevators were in poor condition. I also noticed what appeared to be mold on the bathroom walls,...

“Yes,parking was good & the Internet i don't know because I asked for the pass word (2) Two times & it was never given To me.After i checked in at the front desk i had to wait 11/2 Hours because they were not Done cleaning the room.Once They were done the room appeared like it was Not cleaned at all.So i went to the store bought some ajax to clean the tub and sink.i then Browed the broom from house Keeping and sweep the room.”
