“I think the only thing that was lacking was dietary options in the breakfast. Gluten allergies are very hard on the body. Having some gluten-free options that are clearly marked and individually wrapped, give accessibility options. They could be made available upon request if some items require refrigeration or freezing.”

“We had reserved a king room with a pull out sofa, the room was prepaid. When we arrived we were told they only had a queen room even though we had RESERVED and prepaid. We were very disappointed! They did offer a free breakfast at the buffet and a drink from the bar. We were unable to use either. When they refreshed the towels the net day, they also refilled the coffee, but not the cups. A bit hard to make coffee without cups, they also didn’t replace the face wipes. So although I loved...

“Our stay was pleasant. Our room was cleaned. The bed was comfortable. They always make sure we had clean towels. I will tell you the hair dryer was very sticky and head all kinds of black hair on it. I did wipe it down with a baby, wipe I had with us. To the amenities we aren’t we weren’t happy with were the food was not even subpar and the swimming pool we were able to use it one day but the last day we were there it was closed and there was no reason given so that was a disappointment. “The room was spacious, but it had an odor that left me feeling dirty. Every time we left the room, it smelled when we returned. There was an electric air cleaner turned on in the room when we first entered the room. The hotel knew they had a humidity problem but hadn’t addressed the problem. The air conditioning was very noisy. The staff was very good and helpful. Breakfast was ok. I would not stay at that hotel again.”

“Room was very clean, staff were a delight, breakfast tasted alright but it seems they were short staffed those days. Haven’t tried the hot tub or swimming pool, but they looked great. Probably would have used them if I stayed for a longer period of time.”
