“The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout my stay. Parking was readily available, which made coming and going very convenient, and I always felt safe walking to and from the hotel at any time. The location was also a major plus, with easy access to a variety of restaurants, shops, and other nearby amenities. ”

“Breakfast was impressive. Room was slightly dated but was overall clean and comfortable. Pool was closed during our stay as it was still out of season. Would stay again!”

I also love their snack and toiletry shop. The staff is always quick to respond and help. I've not used the pool but have walked by the facility and it looks spacious and clean. This brand is my go-to for all my travel. You can expect the same experience at every location.”

“Breakfast not included. First night had raised the temp from 65o to 70o and responded well. Second night temp set at 70o and climbed to 75o by morning??? Lobby exit has busted brick in many places. My wife walks with a cane. Wallpaper torn here and there. We stayed for price. Closest to moms nursing home and $70 cheaper than 2 other hotels.”

“The rooms were nice, and clean. Would have liked to have microwaves in the rooms. Especially considering I had to order out. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re vegan or plant based.(Bistro) Breakfast ends at 930 am, each meal comes with meat. There wasn’t a non meat substitute and the price didn’t reflect. As far as the Prime Steakhouse, there wasn’t a vegan or plant based option neither. I entered the restaurant and wasn’t greeted, stood there and left. I had to DoorDash food, and leave to get...

“The room was very clean, very nice. The one thing I didn't like was how I wasn't able to lock myself in the bed because every time I try to it unlocks when I close the door. The door knob also felt lose. But overall it was nice. 4.2/5”

“We had no coffee pot and none were avaliable. We asked for a hair dryer; they didn't have one. Our window locks were painted shut and pur window was open. The other window had one pain broken out. The floor in our room was sticky. No one was at the desk at check in or chrck out. Terrible accommodations ”

“There was visible mice crawling around in the lobby of the hotel. Countless stains on the carpet in the hallways. The floor tiles were peeling and loose. The room was run down with stains over the chairs, leftover hair in the bathroom, fuzz on the glass, and food crumbs on the tables. If I were Hilton, I wouldn’t want my name on this place. ”
