Hotel a Malvern

“Arrivati alle 21.30 nessuno era presente al desk; suonato diverse volte il campanello ma dopo 5 minuti nessuno si presentava; decido quindi di chiamare al telefono l'hotel ( si fa ridere ) e mi risponde subito un ragazzo, al quale dico di essere al desk di fronte. Dopo due minuti arriva con tutta la calma del mondo e facciamo il checkin. Solo piu'tardi ho visto che aveva una ospite ...”

“We were traveling from California to Michigan and made an overnight stop in Council Bluffs. Since we were traveling with pets, we needed a pet-friendly hotel and chose the American Inn after reading many positive online reviews. The staff was very kind and friendly, which we appreciated. “Room was clean but out dated. Towels were stained had to go buy my own to shower. Carpet was smelly. Staff was rude. Someone on morning shift told my daughter that she couldnt bring her breakfast to the room because “its rats and roaches upstairs”. I went to the front desk for tissue. Saw no one one so I rang the bell. A guy came to the front upset and yelling asking why am I ringing the bell.. He refused to give me tissue for my room because I rang the bell while he was in the back sleep.. Poor...

“The room was very outdated and musty. Our towels were musty and had yellow on them like they were smoked around or just absorbed air odor. The bed was actually very comfortable. We slept great. Breakfast was great.”

“It was fine for the price we paid. No elevator so we had to carry luggage up stairs, the front desk is only staffed sometimes? And other times uses a video chat virtual assistant. There were coins in an opened box of soap for the shower. Air conditioning was set low but the room still got too hot at night.”
