Deluxe, completamente ristrutturato e situato accanto al campo da golf Sierra Star!

  • Questo spazioso e moderno 2 camere da letto + soppalco, 3 bagni condominio è stato completamente ristrutturato da cima a fondo e dispone di elettrodomestici di fascia alta, finiture e pavimenti in tutto. Il soggiorno ha una grande TV da 55 ", un caminetto a legna e un grande divano componibile che può ospitare l'intera famiglia.

    La cucina personalizzata è stata rinnovata con nuovi armadi, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in pietra e lampade a sospensione di buon gusto, oltre a una cucina completamente attrezzata con TUTTI gli elementi essenziali per preparare i pasti.

    La camera da letto principale al piano inferiore dispone di un letto king size, TV a schermo piatto, ventilatore a soffitto e bagno privato ristrutturato con bagno privato con doccia. La seconda camera da letto al piano inferiore offre un letto matrimoniale, TV a schermo piatto, ventilatore a soffitto, e l'accesso ad un bagno adiacente corridoio che è stato anche completamente ristrutturato e aggiornato. Il soppalco al piano superiore dispone di 4 letti singoli, una TV a schermo piatto da 42 "e un bagno privato ristrutturato. Questa zona è perfetta per i bambini o un gruppo di single!

    Il balcone esterno si affaccia sulla complessa area picnic che offre una nuova piscina, jacuzzi, tavoli da picnic, barbecue a gas (solo in estate) e campo da tennis. Tutti gli ospiti della Mammoth Sierra ricevono gratuitamente l'accesso completo allo Snowcreek Athletic Club per usufruire di servizi quali piscina coperta riscaldata, bagno turco / sauna, palestra, yoga, pilates e studio ciclistico e altro ancora.

    L'appartamento è dotato di Wi-Fi ad alta velocità gratuito e può ospitare un massimo di 8 persone. Agli ospiti saranno forniti due pass per il parcheggio. Se è necessario un numero maggiore di parcheggi rispetto a quanto assegnato, non esitare a chiamare il nostro ufficio per le opzioni alternative. Ci sono 16 scale per il condominio, 2 livelli all'interno, e non fumare o animali domestici sono ammessi. Il nostro calendario è aggiornato in tempo reale. Great place

This place was great. Loved that it was 3 bed/3 bath. Beds and bedding were awesome. access to spa was nice. Walkable to the free shuttle too.

A few blocks down was the grocery store and several restaurants to choose from. It took about 15 min to drive to the Main Lodge where we ski’d at. The only issue we had was the heater. It would turn off in the middle of the night right when it’s the coldest.

Beautiful Condo at Sunshine Village

The property management went above and beyond. We actually got an upgrade from the original booking. This unit was stunning!! Everything was so beautiful, beds were great, TV's in every bedroom (upgrade), nice large sectional for our party of five. They even gave us the passes to the original condo complex booking that was next door to allow us to use both pool, jacuzzis, tennis courts, and game rooms, (that was extra kind)! We had a great vacation, and as always, wanted to stay longer. We will return for sure next summer.

Room for improvement

a couple of things could be improved: - mattress in master bedroom is terrible. It’s very uneven and We could not sleep well at all any of the 3 nights. - check out is at 10am (too early) and we had the cleaning guy open our door and come in at 9:50am, although we had already called and gotten approval tod stay until 10:30am. The whole thing feel super rushed. - the janitor at this complex has some ‘authority’ issues. Our kids were playing in the game room which closes at 10pm and he kicked them out around 9:30pm with a pretty bad attitude. Next day something similar happened and his attitude wasn’t the best either. Please teach this guy some customer service skill since he’s working in hospitality. - check in process could be improved. The personnel at the office were very nice though.

Nice, quite location...

The area was nice and quite however the neighborhood kids have access to the facilities. The unit was nice but the fans were so dirty we had to clean the bedroom fans before turning them on. There was a fan that blew into the dining room from the upstairs which was very noisy. Overall I would recommend the unit. They need to give new sponges at the beginning of every stay. Some cleaning supplies would be helpful as well as an iron and plug for sink. Had to go to mammoth reservations to get more toilet paper. For the price, better paper products are expected.
