Per una fantastica sensazione di montagna, questa casa a schiera per animali domestici con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni a Mammoth Lakes in California sarà la tua scelta! Questo condominio di 1600 piedi quadrati è dotato di cucina completa, zona pranzo, terrazza con grill a gas, accogliente stufa a legna e accesso wireless a Internet. Il soggiorno offre una grande TV a schermo piatto 4K con accesso ai canali televisivi Netflix e Premium, divani in pelle e il grande ponte si affaccia su un piacevole ambiente simile a un parco con vista sulle montagne. Perfetto per far giocare i bambini o passeggiare con i cani in estate! Due delle camere hanno anche ponti che conducono a questa zona.

La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size e TV a schermo piatto. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello con 2 letti singoli, TV a schermo piatto, toeletta con lavandino e terrazza privata. La terza camera ha un letto matrimoniale, così come un letto a castello con 2 letti singoli, TV a schermo piatto e terrazza privata.

Il complesso di Villa De Los Pinos si trova sulla navetta della Linea Rossa, a pochi passi dal centro commerciale Vons, ristoranti, cinema, parco e parco giochi Mammoth Creek, sentieri, Starbucks e persino la nuova pista da bowling completa di simulatore di golf. Tutti gli ospiti di Mammoth Sierra ricevono l'accesso completo gratuito allo Snowcreek Athletic Club per usufruire di strutture tra cui piscina interna riscaldata, vapore / sauna, palestra completa, yoga, pilates e pista ciclabile e altro ancora. Great location, walkable to a number of food/drink/store options. The place is large. It seemed perhaps to have not been used for awhile before our stay as it was very stuffy and alot of dust, nothing to bad though. Kitchen is nice and well stocked. I would suggest if they were going to upgrade anything its the shower heads; upstairs shower put on 1 stream of water, more like a hose; downstairs shower only mildly better. That should be an easy upgrade/fix.

The condo was nice. But it needs to be kept up. Baseboards broken, spider webs everywhere, rat droppings on sleep sofas. I killed at least 6 spiders on the first day we were there. No vacuum to clean up during our stay. I was disappointed, that I called to let them know about the rat poop and instead of coming to check or do something, all they asked was if I wanted clean linens.

Overall the unit was dated. The amenities we overall old, poorly maintained or not functional. We were disappointed enough to keep a list. Here it is; Cobwebs throughout, downstairs toilet no secured to floor, no handle and mold downstairs shower, flushing handle needs replacement, blender was broken, primary bedroom tv pixelated/ inoperable, oven not functional - once it heats to temp it shuts off and error message f3, air fryer heats but no air, kitchen cabinets are in need of repair, only 3 pieces of firewood supplied two of which were partially burned, most electrical outlets need replacement as plugs fall out. At least the beds were comfortable.

This was a nice property for a group ski/snowboard group trip with friends. There is a bus stop for the red line to the village center and main lodge which was very convenient, and the roads in the community were kept clear while a storm was going all weekend. It’s an older property and it shows in some places (the toilet downstairs seems loose and the oven gave us an error code), but it was a comfortable stay and the location is great.

Overall, very happy with our stay here. Good value, and exactly what we expected. The place was very clean, although did show some wear (stains on carpet, broken towel rack, loose toilet). Nothing that required immediate attention. Great location for town access, but the development is a bit dated. Beds were comfortable, although the bunk beds have no guard rails on top bunk, so be careful with smaller kids. Would have appreciated having some patio furniture for the balcony/deck outside. Will most likely return since it’s a great pet-friendly option. Thanks for the stay!

Comfortable and Good Location

We wanted a clean and well located place to stay with our two teenaged kids for a snowboard trip and this place worked perfectly. Located right near downtown, it was easy to get to any number of restaurants or the grocery store in just a couple minutes. Also, the pet friendly rule at this complex really helped because we were able to bring our dog who kept my wife company during the day while me and the kids were snowboarding. The condo was clean and very comfortable which is important after long days on the mountain. We had one small issue with the oven getting an error code, but the property manager was back in touch right away. We’d love to rent here again

Refreshing

My group consists of 5 adults and 1 dog . We all enjoyed our weekend trip. This VRBO place is well-stocked for our basic needs. I especially like the nice and warm/hot shower . Thank you for this . The area is quiet and peaceful, closed to town .

Great Time in the Snow

We were a group of 6 Adults and 1 child, and had a nice time all together in one location. The cabin had old school charm with a rustic vibe and comfortable cozy feel. Yes it isn't an updated townhome, but it completely worked for us. Suggestion for people renting...Bring your own pillows. When arriving turn ALL the heating thermostats ALL the way up..it will eventually get warm and it stayed fine thru the whole stay. Bring kindling for fire. Cabin had big logs but nothing to help get it started. Finally one peave...almost all of the electric outlets need replacing. They will not hold something plugged into them. Plugs/cords easily fall out. Bring a handful of the little plug extenders, so you can bend out the prongs on the extender to hold on to the cabin plug (without bending the prongs on your nice apple products).

Always love Villa de Los Pinos

First time we have stayed in this pet-friendly unit. It was super convenient to everything (we tried to learn pickle ball on the tennis courts even!). Quiet unit in the back away from the road. Good parking. I have to say the VdlP pool was freezing. So glad they upgraded the hot tub area during covid. Looks nice. Also, I wish the condos would all upgrade and add Air conditioning. One reason I love staying there is that the bedrooms are on the ground floor and stay cool all day. Must not be so great in January tho... Had to look around to find the microwave. Very cleverly stored behind a barn-door- opening cabinet.

Spring Ski Trip

Great location and large unit, although there is a bit too much furniture in some of the rooms (upstairs bedroom has 2 coffee tables taking up space). Overall clean but the heaters need a deep cleaning because they smelled like dust when we tried to use them.

Loved it!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 (3 young adults and us--their mom and dad) and our dog. The layout is so great--an upper and lower balcony that opens to a good view of the mountains and an inner courtyard of grass, pool, tennis court, and horseshoe pits. The condo was clean, well stocked with all the kitchen utensils, pans, plates, glasses, etc... we could every need. The appliances are "newish" and all in great condition. We cook most meals in, so this is important to us. The beds were very comfortable. We watched the Olympics each evening on their nice big TV. I highly, highly recommend this condo for families and especially families who want to travel with their doggies. We've stayed in a lot of condos in Mammoth over the years and this was our favorite. It's not the newest, but it is well maintained and the layout was perfect for us. We hope to stay there again. Thanks so much for hosting us!

We definitely want come back!!! Location is good. The unit is “Very Clean” as reviews said. Good floor plans for 8-10 people. We are 2 families w/ teens and the floor plan was perfect for us in terms of privacy. First floor 2 bedrooms w/ patio give access to yard and easy access to pool/spa. Kitchen is fully equipped. They even gave a big bag of ice in freezer. Nice clean Bathrooms w/ enough towels. Community pool and spa area(also super clean) close to our unit and so nice. Owner furnished and decorated the place w/ native American decors and nice comfortable furnitures I love it. During our 4 days stay we were so comfortable and wished we could stay one more night. Only items that we not sure it’s working were TV in living and dryer and AC. It’s possible we didn’t know how to operate.

Great place

Nothing luxurious but this is a great condo with lots of room. Very comfortable and clean and had everything you need. Only complaint is the beds were a bit soft and the pillows were stiff. Other than that we really liked this place and would book again.
