Questo condominio ristrutturato offre una posizione Village con nuovi aggiornamenti in tutto. Amerai il layout spazioso di questo condominio con una camera da letto con 1 bagno. Il villaggio principale di Mammoth è proprio dall'altra parte della strada. Non è necessaria l'auto per godersi ristoranti, negozi, sagre paesane o noleggiare biciclette / sci. Il condominio ha tutti i comfort di casa e viene fornito con tutto il necessario per rendere la vostra vacanza facile e divertente! In inverno puoi camminare verso la Gondola e colpire la collina in pochissimo tempo. I nostri ospiti si sono divertiti con i cervi locali che vengono ad uscire proprio davanti alle porte scorrevoli di vetro!

Questo è il condominio perfetto per 4 persone. Abbiamo un letto king size con il materasso nuovissimo più confortevole e biancheria da letto di lusso in camera da letto. Il soggiorno offre un divano letto con un nuovissimo materasso temperato full size con lenzuola di lusso. Offriamo anche un sacchetto di velluto a coste che si ripiega in un materasso matrimoniale. Per i bambini abbiamo un pacchetto n play. Letteralmente tutto nel condominio è nuovo di zecca tra cui TV e arredi fino alle forche! Forniamo il condominio con spezie, condimenti, caffè ed elementi essenziali in modo da non spendere una fortuna al negozio di alimentari facendo scorta. Dai un'occhiata al nostro nuovissimo bagno con una doccia piastrellata in legno di montagna!

Cammina verso il birrificio per uscire sul ponte esterno e prendere una band o provare martedì Trivia Night o Bingo nighty: il cibo è incredibile ed è un'ottima atmosfera!

Il condominio ha la posizione perfetta nel complesso, la piscina è proprio accanto ad esso, ma abbastanza lontano da non sentire il rumore. Ora offriamo una lavatrice e asciugatrice nel condominio per la comodità di fare il bucato in qualsiasi momento. C'è una bellissima pista ciclabile proprio di fronte all'ingresso del complesso che può portarti fino ai laghi. Se non hai voglia di rompere un sudore, puoi andare al Village e il carrello ti porterà sui laghi con le biciclette e potrai tornare indietro fino al condominio! Ci sono anche noleggi di biciclette al villaggio.

Abbiamo aggiunto tutti i comfort che puoi pensare qui per rendere il tuo soggiorno il più bello possibile e siamo locali da molto tempo, quindi possiamo passare in pochi secondi se hai bisogno di qualcosa durante il tuo soggiorno o desideri consigli su dove andare o dove mangiare !

My family really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and cozy. Plenty of room for our family of four. We recommend bringing an air mattress as only one child fits comfortably on the pull out couch bed. Great location and will be happy to stay there again.

We loved this condo! We rode our bikes right from the condo on the paved bike path to beautiful waterfalls and lakes & rivers. Within walking distance to great restaurants. The condo was very clean and all the kitchen appliances/dishes/utensils were brand new. The bed was very comfortable with high quality sheets. We were within walking distance to the music festival as well. Enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back and visit Mammoth Lakes.

We had a great stay. The property had everything we needed and was really convenient to the Village Gondola. The hot tub and sauna were great after a day of skiing. Check in and check out were a snap. Thanks for an awesome time.

Great condo - perfect for a couple. Very nice, modern, comfortable and quiet. The host has added so many so many thoughtful touches. It has everything you could possibly need and more. The location is great as well. We loved being able to walk into the Village. We would definitely stay here again!

Great little place to stay. Beware of the pool ! My daughter and my hair turned green within 10 minutes of being in the water and it took two weeks to get rid of the green color.

Back for the 2023 Margarita Festival. Last visit was 2021. Some additional improvements including a really nice new bluetooth speaker that we listened to extensively. Just a beautiful furnished condo. My only qualm is with the cost of fees, taxes, etc. that the actual price is much higher than advertised. This is true of all VRBO properties however. We'll likely be back!

Very clean, well equipped and comfortable, everything we needed during our 3 nights stay, we overall very liked our stay but unfortunately the homeowner didn’t told us about a construction on the building right in front of our windows, so no privacy during our stay. Check that construction is done before you go. Also, ESA and service dog has to be register with community management, paperwork needed before you come.

The location of this condo could not have been better. So close to both the village and other central mammoth locations. Plenty of parking also, which is always a concern when visiting a condo community. I loved the giant bed, the well equipped kitchen and the two big tvs for binging after long days outdoors. Great stay.

Everything about this place was focused on creating an amazing experience for us. The decor was beautiful and modern, but still had the mountain charm. Everything was very clean upon arrival. The place had everything we needed to live and cook comfortably. It is a short 2 minute drive from the village. My wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Very well remodeled and decorated. It had everything we needed. All the pillows on the bed are very round / big... so if you like a more flat pillow, you should bring your own pillow. Would definitely stay here again. Great spot.

The condo is beautiful and very well-appointed. We were not disappointed with the interior at all. I am sure that if we had stayed there in the summer, we would have loved it. We were very surprised and upset to find that the unit is below the parking area and downstairs. I really wish that it had been disclosed to us that you could not see out of any windows or doors and that everything had been boarded up. We felt like we were in a basement. I understand that it was a record snow year, but minimal snow would have blocked the view as this unit is below the ground level. The only way we could tell if it was daylight was to look out the front door and up the stairs. The location was good, but it is a 10 minute walk to the village and not right across the street as described.

This condo was perfect for a family of 3. The pictures were a great representation of the actual space, with modern appliances, a well stocked kitchen, and an amazing bed with comfortable linens and a bed warmer (definitely a plus during the chilly evenings). A quick walk (5-8 min) to the gondola station was an added benefit! We will definitely stay here again!!

Everything about this place was great! The condo was exceptionally appointed and modern in every way. All you could need for a great Mammoth stay. The hot tub could use some work by management, but it was hot and did the trick. Really close to this unit as well. The location could not be beat. We walked to the free gondola and were on the chair lifts so fast! It is true that this is a first floor unit and all first floor (and many 2nd floor) units are still under snow. So, know that there is no sunlight coming into the room. We knew it coming in, and it didn’t bother us. You don’t come to Mammoth to spend time in the room during daylight hours. Plus, as i noted above, every aspect of the unit was perfect! Finally, there was great communication with Jamie throughout trip and the app they use is very helpful. Super easy move-in. We will definitely be back!
