Set in a quiet neighborhood off Lake Mary Road, this 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is a comfortable retreat for a couple or small group. The living room features a sofa sleeper with a memory-foam mattress, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, and a highly efficient pellet fireplace that keeps the whole unit toasty after a day on the mountain. Step out to the private balcony for morning coffee and mountain air.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric stovetop, drip coffee maker, toaster, and blender, and the adjacent dining table seats 4 for meals or game nights. When it’s time to unwind, the king bedroom offers a restful night’s sleep, and the full bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Hidden Valley’s community amenities include indoor and outdoor hot tubs, two saunas, seasonal pool and BBQ area, a fish-cleaning station (summer only), and two on-site laundry facilities.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Up to 1 vehicle in the unassigned lot. A parking pass is required and will be inside the unit upon arrival.
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this home.
• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Communal amenities: Upper Amenity Area (Spa, Sauna, Restrooms): Winter hours 2:00 PM–10:00 PM daily; Laundry open 24/7. Lower Amenity Area: Spa winter hours 2:00 PM–10:00 PM daily; Laundry 10:00 AM–10:00 PM. Pool, BBQ station, and fish-cleaning station are open summer only. Amenity availability and hours are subject to change by the HOA.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Please plan accordingly.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

Getting Around:
Shuttle & lifts: The free Green Line shuttle runs between Eagle Lodge and The Village, and a stop is nearby. From The Village, you can ride the gondola to Canyon Lodge in winter.
