The fully equipped kitchen offers stone countertops, newly painted cabinets, and updated utensils, with a dining table for meals or game night and additional seating at the breakfast counter. Mountain views add to the setting and remind you you’re in the heart of the Eastern Sierra.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Lot parking for 1 vehicle on a first-come, first-served basis. A parking pass is required and will be provided in the unit; please display it during your stay.
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this home.
• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Two pets (up to 30 lbs each) are allowed per stay. An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone and please clean up after your pet.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
• Community & amenities: Located in the Sierra Manors community with access to a communal pool, hot tub, sauna, and coin-operated laundry.
Getting Around:
Location logistics: On/near the free winter shuttle route for easy access to Mammoth Mountain. About a 5-minute drive to Eagle Lodge, and a short drive or gondola ride to The Village at Mammoth for shops, dining, and entertainment. You’re also close to parks, trails, and seasonal activities like Sierra Star Golf and the Community Ice Rink/CRC.
