Questa struttura situata in posizione centrale nella città di Mammoth facilita gli spostamenti. È a pochi passi da qualsiasi luogo e solo una breve distanza di 1/2 miglio dal villaggio dove prendere la gondola per le piste è sempre un piacere in più. Abbiamo recentemente aggiornato questa unità per fornire tutti i comfort necessari per una vacanza favolosa. Questo condominio può ospitare sette in un assortimento di tutti i nuovi letti e biancheria da letto! Le camere sono di dimensioni molto adeguate e comprendono quanto segue: una camera con 1 letto king size, una camera con 1 letto matrimoniale e la terza camera con letto a castello full / queen (si prega di notare solo 1 bambino / adulto consentito sul letto completo superiore del letto a castello alla volta). C'è un letto estraibile matrimoniale nel soggiorno, se necessario. L'open space supporta un po 'di divertimento in famiglia alla moda per barbecue, giochi da tavolo e / o solo un momento per rilassarsi. Questa unità è di ca. 1,300sq. piedi, quindi sebbene non espansivi, offre il giusto mix di arredi contemporanei, linee pulite e semplici per sostenere un ambiente adatto al puro divertimento! Comfortable house and great location!

Really loved this house! It was so convenient to the village and had a bus right down the street to get anywhere else! The garage was so helpful and fit our big SUV with a roof rack! Beds were so comfortable and kitchen and living room had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Definitely will be renting again!

Would recommend!

Loved staying at this condo! My husband, 2 year old, and I stayed with two family friends and another family who had an almost 2 year old. This felt spacious enough for our group size and worked well for those of us with little kiddos. It’s super close to the village and bus stops to main lodge. Amenities were great as well.Two of the bedrooms shared a jack and Jill bathroom and isn’t my overall preference but it worked for us just fine anyway.Host was friendly, responsive and helpful!Would recommend :)

Perfect location

The location was perfect, everything was just as the listing noted and we really enjoyed our trip. We will definitely keep this one on our list for future stays. My 5yr old just loved the bunk beds.

Great central location in Mammoth, close to stores, restaurants, lifts, bus stop. Place was very nice, 2 car garage was great to have, plenty of hot water (we had 6 people and running out of hot water was never an issue). Everyone enjoyed the place and we would definitely return there again

Jessica was fantastic! Extremely accommodating and kind. We were stuck due to weather and Jessica saved the day for us. Would absolutely recommend this stay. Very nice, clean, spacious and easily accessible.

Communication is slow. Guest bathroom doesn’t have a lockable door

Overall of the stay is ok, just communication is slow. Response takes 3 days to have someone came over. The guest bathroom is not lockable at all which doesn’t make sense to me. We had 2 families stayed, and we felt unsecured for using the restroom or taking shower at all. Our kids are little and they may open the door. Since we stayed for a week, I tried to communicate with the owner if possible we can change the door lock. The owner got back with a don’t know answer and say someone will come over to check. The property manager showed up 3 days after. I didn’t bother because it always half way through the stay. For the entire week, we need to prop chair inside the restroom against door to make sure it was not open by kids easily. Shower time needs to be after 10pm once all kids slept.

Great townhouse near the Village

This townhouse is located 10-15 minutes walking from the Village. It had garage parking for two cars, which we were very thankful for since for most of our long weekend in Mammoth, there was a blizzard that dumped over a foot of new snow. Due to that storm, our party of 4 adults ended up spending most of our time indoors, and we were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, including basic supplies like vegetable oil and spices, such that we had no problem making simple meals. The house was also well stocked with extra towels, bedding, bathroom supplies, etc. Jessica was a great host, very communicative and helpful. I would be happy to stay here again.

Epic March 10-13

Condo was great-just as expected from online listing. We were the last car in on Friday. They did as good as expected trying to clear driveway and road but tons of snow. Someone parked their Subaru in the entrance to the driveway all weekend which made it difficult to enter and leave without hitting it or sliding into it- not sure whose car it was but finally was moved on Monday morning. Everything else was great

Wouldn't stay here again.

The refrigerator wouldn't keep cold. It was at 55 degrees the entire time. Tried resetting the temperature the entire stay to no avail. The manager claimed we couldve broken it by placing warm food inside. The microwave stopped warming food completely. The verbal fire alarm threatened to sound off saying there was smoke inside even though we weren't cooking or anything. I dont think anyone has cleaned under the beds since they redecorated. The entryway steps are frozen over so you cant use the front door without the fear of slipping and falling. The parking is tight. The neighbors needed to either move their car or park elsewhere in order to get into the garage. No jacuzzi, sauna, or even a fireplace in the living room. Wont come back ever.

Amazing place for a ski strip

A snow storm had us stuck inside all weekend and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to be stuck in. It was clean, spacious and the garage parking was worth every cent. We plan to stay here again.

Such a lovely property, bring your cooler!

Jessica has such a lovely property here. Seriously great location with all the amenities and little home touches. The only drawback was that the refrigerator doesn’t work. The freezer does though, and we brought our cooler with us so we were able to go shopping for food items every day and keep them cold by rotating out our ice packs. It wasn’t a deal breaker, just very inconvenient. I would confirm with her if it’s been fixed (or probably replaced as this seems to be an issue with old GE fridges) before you head out on your adventure here. Otherwise, we had such a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay with great proximity to the village

This was our first trip to Mammoth and we couldn't have had a better stay! The condo was very comfortable with everything we could possible need. You are a quick walk up the street into the village where the lift to the base of the mountain is along with a variety of bars and restaurants.

Thanksgiving ski trip

Fantastic condo! We loved everything about this stay. Great to have a private garage for easy in and out. Condo is renovated, super clean, comfortable and well stocked. Location is quiet yet convenient to village and town.

Great location, clean and well-stocked

We had a great trip, and would highly recommend this townhouse to others. The kitchen is well-stocked, beds were comfortable, decor is simple but pleasant, and everything was well cleaned. We had reliable and fast Internet service for the week.
