Luxury Ski-in/Ski-out at Eagle Run, Wifi, Garage & SPA

Location is everything! This ski-in/ski-out, recently renovated condo is situated on the edge of a bluff encompassing all of Mammoth's exquisite beauty. Unobstructed views from Laurel Mountain to the Mammoth Crest - there is no better sight while enjoying your morning coffee. Just a short walk from the front door to the groomed slopes of Mammoth Mountain, making your experience convenient and easy. This condo has been beautifully cared for and will be the highlight of your next getaway!

About the space:
Located in the prestigious Eagle Run complex, this 2-bed, 2 bath, condo is the perfect place to enjoy everything you love about Mammoth Lakes – making you feel right at home. The unit borders the beautiful Valentine Reserve and town bike path.

This condo has an open floorplan with expansive views off the living room, kitchen, and dining areas. There are new luxury vinyl plank floors throughout. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa, Samsung Smart TV and gas fireplace. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, well equipped for cooking delicious meal.

The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has double over double bunk beds with a bathroom located across the hall. There is in unit laundry and a ski-locker outside for easy equipment storage.

We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, and laundry detergent.

Guest access:
You will have the entire condo to yourselves.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Eagle Run. There are two jacuzzies, heated parking, community BBQ (seasonal), and ski-in/ski-out resort access. **Check Mammoth Mountain's website for information about Eagle Lodge's seasonal dates of operation and ski-in/ski-out access information.

There is 1 assigned parking space in the garage, and 1 spot available in either “Guest” parking in the garage or overflow parking outside the garage. 1 parking pass is provided and must be displayed in the vehicle not in assigned parking space.

October Get-Away

Everything was perfect!! The facilities and our unit were immaculate. The 180 degree panoramic view from our patio was unbelievable! Even better than expected. Everything was as advertised--no exceptions. The location could not have been better--5 minutes to everything. Reserved parking in the secured garage was a giant plus. Even better--no stairs from the moment we entered the garage to the moment we walked in the front door of our unit (this is the best unit in the complex for sure). Complete privacy and total comfort. We will be back for sure. Thanks so much for your great hospitality!

Excellent Get Away

Everything was perfect from the start. Easy code access for room and garage. Secure. The best thing that sets this condo from the rest is the view. Each morning I had my coffee on the balcony which was a great was to start a vacation. For the first time we used the jacuzzi. It had powerful jets and was clean. We defiantly loved staying here and would come back.

Family Mammoth Staycation

This was such a wonderful property to stay at. We were stuck inside a lot due to lifts being closed and other restrictions due to the massive storm that arrived. The property was clean, offered nice amenities and was suitable for our family. I will say for an infant the seating was challenging for eating (bring a booster seat). The guest room had a trundle bed underneath the bunk beds. We used that for our infant and it was perfect. The management company was super nice and answered speedily. Will definitely come back to this location again.

Perfect Family Ski Trip

This property has it all - location to slopes (just walk up stairs and ski to Eagle), view (incredibly beautiful), spacious (never felt cramped w 4 kids and 3 adults), updated, and plenty of amenities (cute beer glasses, tons of plates/bowls, pots/pans, etc): Everything was thought of from the lotion and 3 in one shampoo/soap to the welcome wine! We will be back!!

Great Place!

Everything was perfect! The bed in the master was comfy. The kitchen was well-equipped and the whole place was nicely decorated. Everything worked - from the garage door, to the cypher-lock on the front door, to the gas fireplace (although I had to inquire how to turn it on). And oh, that view of iconic Mammoth Rock and the surrounding mountains. Gorgeous!

What a spectacular location and view!

I cannot say enough about how much my husband and I enjoyed our stay. This condo is in a great location situated away from most others, with a breathtaking view. It is large, but cozy. Steps from the jacuzzi and garage parking was a plus. We saw many sites that I would highly recommend. For fishing needs we went to Troutfitters, great guys! We visited Mono Lake, Hot Creek Geologic Site, Convict Lake, Willy's Hot Springs, Inyo Craters, Devil's Postpile (hike to the top, it's worth it), Rainbow Falls, and finally a Gondola ride ALL the way to the top of Mammoth, over 11k feet. We hope to stay here again in the future, fantastic place!

Gorgeous ski-in/ ski-out condo

My son and I stayed at this beautiful condo for two days of great spring skiing. The location is prime- a short walk outside the door and up a short flight of stairs and you are essentially on the slope. The garage parking spot is right by the garage back door, very close to the condo. Also, one of the jacuzzis is less than 30 yards from the condo door. Unfortunately the jets didn’t work but the heat was still nice. The view from inside the condo and the balcony, is fabulous! There is no other unit obstructing 180 degrees of view! The condo is well stocked, has comfortable beds (bunk bed a bit firm but good size), and is clean and nice looking, reportedly recently renovated. This is the nicest condo we’ve stayed at in Mammoth, and we’ve been up here from So Cal dozens of times over the years!
