Goditi le infinite viste sui Monti Mammut da questa residenza cittadina con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni situata nella tanto ricercata comunità di Fase 5 di Snowcreek! Rilassati nel comfort di un accogliente caminetto a gas e di una TV a schermo piatto, oppure fai un barbecue sul balcone e divertiti nella pianta aperta della cucina mentre ti godi le viste mozzafiato sulle montagne che i tuoi amici e la tua famiglia sveniranno.

La casa dispone di una master suite sia al piano superiore che al piano inferiore con letti king size, bagno privato e TV a schermo piatto, la camera da letto al piano superiore ha anche una scrivania (se è necessario durante le vacanze). La terza camera dispone di un letto matrimoniale anche con TV a schermo piatto. Il soggiorno al piano superiore ha un divano letto per alloggi extra, oltre a pranzo per 8 persone e posti a sedere extra al bar della cucina. I servizi aggiuntivi includono Wi-Fi gratuito, lavatrice / asciugatrice privata nella lavanderia, garage privato per 1 auto e sentiti libero di portare Fido per goderti i grandi spazi aperti poiché questa residenza è anche pet-friendly (un animale domestico ammesso a meno di 25 sterline)! Questo condominio si trova direttamente accanto alla vasca idromassaggio della comunità, quindi non è necessario camminare lontano per immergersi.

Questa unità può ospitare un massimo di 8 persone, con 2 livelli all'interno e circa 6 gradini per entrare (ingresso garage al piano terra). Tutti gli ospiti di Mammoth Sierra Reservations ricevono un accesso completo gratuito allo Snowcreek Athletic Club per usufruire di strutture tra cui piscina interna riscaldata, vapore / sauna, palestra completa, yoga, pilates e pista ciclabile e altro ancora. Agli ospiti verranno forniti due pass per il parcheggio, 1 veicolo può parcheggiare nel garage privato, 1 nel vialetto e c'è un parcheggio a sfioro per gli ospiti molto vicino alla vasca idromassaggio. Fantastic views

I’ll be coming back to this property for the views, absolutely fantastic. We pulled the blinds open and were able to watch the storm roll in over the mtns. There was plenty of room for my family to relax and visit. The kitchen had a large open floor plan that allowed me to visit with everyone while I was cooking. The property was clean and the property management staff was friendly and professional. The furniture was dated and the couch was uncomfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful time / experience. I’m looking forward to renting this property again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 999 is a great value,the owners have kept the fees very low unlike most other rentals. The views are great and nicely located near the spa and extra parking. just few negatives: refrigerator door open switch broken, microwave turntable works sporadically, smoke detectors go on for no reason. Overall the appliances worked but need upgrading. The spa is functional but needs remodeling. Mammoth Reservation took care a few repairs in a timely manner so pretty impressed with them. Overall it's well worth staying here, I recommend it.

My family and I have always stayed in Snowcreek condos for over 15 years and love the area but have never stayed on the fairway side. This was my first time and it was the best experience i’ve had with snowcreek. such a lovely area. This condo was right next to the jacuzzi which was very convenient. The amenities and size and layout of the condo was perfect. The experience was all together great.

Even though in Snowcreek V, same old story of owner collecting rent and disregarding proper maintenance.

The unit is spacious, bright and cheerful, and has a great view of the surrounding mountains from the deck. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet and secluded. It's only a few minutes to town, the lakes, and other activities. We definitely want to come back and highly recommend this rental.

The condo was everything we hoped it would be. When.we entered our condo about 9:00p.m. We found a fire alarm beeping, indicating the battery was low. We called the maintenance number not really expecting to get a response at that hour, but within 15 minutes someone showed up and fixed the problem. We definitely will rent again from Mammoth Reservations.

Mountain View’s from the deck off the living room and living room are very nice. Open plan living room/kitchen is spacious. 5G Wi-fi was welcomed. Flat screen tv’s in all bedrooms and living room and wide range of tv channels was a nice feature. One bedroom upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs.

Clean and well stocked. Garage too narrow for parking a car, which resulted in one parking space. Biggest complaint is checkin time 5pm, latest time I've ever seen. And then Mammoth Reservations never called to allow access, Had to call them so checked in after 5pm. Also 10am checkout is ridiculous especially with no late checkout request granted.

Beautiful Neighborhood

The condominium unit needs to be updated. For the price that is charged the purple rug needs to go and many of the appliances need to be updated otherwise it’s a great place to stay.

The backyard space is great for sledding and snowball fights! Our unit was clean and spacious with updated amenities ie spacious fridge, dishy, toaster oven, pull out tv, etc. We loved the high ceilings and openness of the home. The garage is great but just a little small for the larger SUVs. Overall fantastic experience!

And it was pet friendly. The smoke from the fires came inside the condo especially when we had the heater blowing. The smoke smell was pretty strong. But aside from that, we enjoyed our stay.

View

We booked this location for the view. We were here during the fires and it was so smoky. The little time it was a little clearer the view was amazing!! We saw deer eating right below us off the balcony and around the property. The ice dispenser and water dispenser were not hooked up so we had to take the ice box out every time we needed ice. The couch definitely need to be replaced. It is saggy and uncomfortable and the fire place did not work. These issues did not really make or break the stay. We were happy with our time together here and look forward to visiting again.
