This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit (located in the Forester building) sleeps 4 people and is just steps away from Eagle Lodge! Enjoy all the comforts of home with a full kitchen, dining room and living room. The bedroom offers a king size bed. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper and there is kids sized small Twin bunk beds just off the dining room. Relax after a day on the mountain in one of the complexes many Jacuzzi and pools (summer only). Summit 45 offers free WiFi and underground parking (garage clearance is 6' 9"). This unit is pet friendly! One pet allowed, additional pets by approval only, please call. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Perfect Eagle Lodge Ski Retreat

Great little condo. Perfect for my family of 4 (2 parents, kids 21 and 19). Downstairs unit and a 3 minute walk to lift for easy come/go. Kitchen has all the necessary utensils to cook. Unit only had salt, so plan accordingly. Games and puzzles were a nice surprise. Although missing various pieces we had to get creative. lolBunk bed is not a twin, but truly kids sized as listing described. Master king was very comfortable. What would make this a 5 star for me;-keypad for unit entry so I didn’t stress about giving the kids a physical key to lose and allow each kid the flexibility to come/go as they needed. -some additional cooking spices (pepper at least). Would absolutely stay here again.

Super convenient location

This was a perfect place for us - less than 5 min walk to Eagle Lodge, dogs allowed, a hidden bunk bed set up etc. I'd definitely rent again!

Nice complex

Well located property. My only gripe was that the cable box was not working. I called the management office and they sent someone but it still wasn’t working. Luckily they have a large selection of dvds so we watched movies every night.

Mammoth reservations check in process super easy

We stayed in the condo July 29th-31st. it was clean and looked just as posted. The check in and out process was easy and contact free. I was very impressed. The actual property where the condo is located, however, is poorly managed (this is not the fault of owner or Mammoth reservations) but note worthy just the same. We had painters put up a ladder on the balcony at 6:45 am and start painting. It was too early and a little unnerving to have strangers on your balcony without warning and so early. Really ruined the mornings. The trash bin in one of the under ground garages was broken. A bear knew this and apparently had been eating for a few days. The first night we were there, the large bear greeted me coming down the stairs at me as i walking up. I slowly backed down and walked backwards away from him. Not a pleasant experience. I do understand it is bear country, however, the property MNT should minimize opportunities where it can, like fixing a broken trash bin. pictures can be provided if desired. I would chose mammoth reservations again to book a place to stay...and oh side note, the king bed was very comfy.

Great location

We stayed here for a mountain bike trip. It was perfectly located for easy access to the main lodge but still quiet and a little away from town. So great that it’s dog friendly too!

Nice condo in a great location!

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed in this condo this past week and it was great. It was clean and provided us with all the comforts of home. The master bedroom had a big comfortable king bed. Had good water pressure in the shower. Nice towels and lots of blankets but could have used more pillow cases. Family friendly complex with covered parking. No elevator in the complex so plan on using stairs. The complex is dog friendly. It is across the street from Eagle lodge. Easy walk for us. Our family would stay there again.
