Questo condominio offre alcune delle migliori viste di Mammoth sul fianco della montagna e sul tranquillo laghetto nella parte anteriore del condominio. Ti sentirai davvero come se fossi lontano da tutto quando arriverai qui. Il condominio è impostato in modo che tutto ciò che dovete fare è impostare i bagagli verso il basso e rilassarsi. 2 camere da letto complete più un grande soppalco, 2 bagni completi con una zona lavanderia per gli ospiti. Cucina completa per cucinare con tutto il necessario per preparare i pasti a casa. Ampio spazio aperto soggiorno con un sacco di spazio per tutti per allungare e ammirare le viste incredibili! Riscaldarsi davanti al camino o ospitare un barbecue sul ponte. Il loft è lo spazio perfetto per i bambini o gli ospiti extra con TV e console di gioco. Il vicino centro termale e la sauna possono ospitare fino a 10 persone! Con tutto ciò che questo condominio ha da offrire, sappiamo che sarà presto il tuo andare a trovare per allontanarsi da tutto in Mammoth! I cani sono ammessi caso per caso per ulteriori $ 150, non rimborsabili, per cane.

Beautiful home, lovely view

Great place, nicely appointed. Disappointed in the condition of the home upon arrival. Seemingly it hadn’t been cleaned in quite sometime. The management company brought a vacuum for our use, and the collection canister was emptied 2-3 times right away. Too expensive of a place to not arrive to a dirty home.

Could use an update!

Overall great stay, the bathrooms are on the bottom level and could use an update! The front door was a challenge to keep locked!! The hot tubs for that unit too far away to enjoy!

315 Snowcreek

Very clean, quiet and spacious condo in Mammoth Lakes. Fully stocked with all household items required for a comfortable stay. Only negative is that the hall bathroom is small and with awkward layout. Other than that a great place to stay while vacationing in the Mammoth Lakes area.

Its is an absolute beautiful location. So many walking paths,

Very clean. Beautiful location and grounds. The stove is very hard to open, and front door open by the wind so you must lock it everytime you come in. Beds are clean and comfy. Very nice townhouse.

2 bedrooms and a loft is a better description

3 ‘bedroom’ description is misleading. There were only 2 bd and a loft above the kitchen and family room so there’s really no privacy. Both bathrooms being on the bottom floor was not ideal. We expected at least a hand soap, a shampoo and lotion but we had to go out and get some. Had to struggle a few times to lock the door. Host was quick to respond so I appreciated that.

Nice place

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice paths to walk around for the dogs. All the electronics, washer /dryer, dishwasher, etc all worked well. The instructions for entry using their app did not work, but the property manager sent us the codes. Both bathrooms are on the bottom floor, which is the only downside to the layout, otherwise it was very comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful Stay

We had 4 adults and 5 kids. The place was spacious, clean and comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms are im the first level. Living room, dining and kitchen in the 2nd level with the loft. The loft was spacious as well with a queen and twin bed. We had loads of fun stsying inside during a blizzard. Internet was fast enough for to do some work and webex meetings, while streaming movies. Would definitely stay here again.

A Winter Wonderland!

In short, amazing! Once we opened the doors and settled in, we knew this was the perfect place to ring in the New Year! The two bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor. Very comfortable and cozy. The Laundry worked beautifully and conveniently located in between the bedrooms. The Kitchen, Dining and Living room areas are very spacious with a great layout for hosting, dining and entertaining. The kitchen was equipped with every convenience, making meals easy to prepare. The Loft area was perfect for the kids to sleep, read, play and congregate away from the adults. The place is dog friendly and our lab really enjoyed the space as well! Overall, I would highly recommend this unit for any occasion and I am sure we will be regulars during the Holiday and Ski Season. In fact, I am sure we will be back this season! thanks again for the opportunity. Regards

Fix It List

Some issues with things that need to be fixed. Both TV's could use a replacement upgrade including new modems and router. Could not receive local TV channels on main TV. Master bedroom TV had error messages about loose cable connections no picture. Also would be helpful to write up an instruction sheet for TV & remotes operation. Internet does not work that great had problems streaming my laptop onto TV and drop connections. Also the loft sleeping area is way too hot, could use portable fans. Ceiling fans don't help much. Downstairs MB tub needs a non slip surface installed, very slippery. Downstairs MB had extra pillows although no pillow cases. Downstairs MB toilet needs to be reset its loose. Soap dispenser at kitchen sink is broke. Finally the unit could use more overall ventilation there are only 2 windows and a sliding door that open, all the other windows are fixed glass only. Thanks

Peaceful stay

This was my third time staying here in three years and each time the locations affirms why I come back. It’s central, convenient and the views from the condo are beautiful. The condo is well stocked and maintained and dog friendly. Enjoyed morning walks through the meadow within the complex.
