Warm and cozy, upgraded, 2-bedroom, 2-bath, ground floor (single level) condo in phase IV of the beautiful Snowcreek complex (Unit #563). Sleeps 6!

This unit is upgraded with high-end furniture throughout. The living room features a gas fireplace, large comfortable sofa, and a large, flat-screen TCL smart TV. Enjoy the spectacular views from your private outdoor patio (just off the living room) which offers a private gas BBQ.

Enjoy all the comforts of home in the fully-stocked, upgraded kitchen furnished with wood cabinetry, electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, coffee machine, and well stocked with all the cookware and dish ware you'll need. Dine in at the large dining table (with seating for 6) or grab a quick snack at the kitchen bar (with stools provided for additional seating). The private, in-home washer dryer includes provided laundry pods.

The cozy bedrooms offer plenty of sleeping options, with a king-sized bed and en-suite bath in the master bedroom, and a full over full bunk bed with and additional full-sized trundle pull out underneath in the second bedroom. There is also a second bathroom off the hall. Both bedrooms feature flat screen smart LG TV's.

The property features free, private WiFi and cable TV service. Walk to the town's no cost shuttle stop (red line); as well as nearby Mammoth Creek, and Mammoth's network of walking and bike trials.

No-smoking/No pets

Two parking passes are located on the kitchen counter. Parking is unassigned and on a first-come, first-serve basis.

As advertised. Had what we needed. Loved the creek out the bedroom windows. The unanticipated snowstorm (at time of booking) threw us off a little but very walkable area with bike/walking paths etc worked well. And the meadow adjacent. My favorite!

The property was immaculate and looked exactly like, even better than the photos. Furnishings were in very good condition with comfortable sofas and primary bed (didn't sleep in others). Love the peacefulness of the community but a short drive to groceries, restaurants, etc. Check in was easy. We appreciated the spices in the kitchen. Will definitely rent here again.

It was clean. However there was a maintenance issue that needed immediate attention; Front slider door was a struggle to close.The track may be part of the problem. It would be nice to have chairs to use on the patio. The neighbor was kind enough to loan us some extra chairs.

Wish to use this location every time in Mammoth

My partner and myself love this unit. Like that it's first floor and that its off the beaten path so you don't get the traffic noise. The unit is always clean and ready for guests. That's my experience so far. The only issue I ever seem to have is the "CODE FOR THE DOOR" was not available on any of the text messages. I have to make sure I use my desktop and print the email message. That said, considering the extra charges on top of the rental, I shouldn't have to worry about something as simple as a door code. My only gripe. Short of that what can I say. Excellent pretty much describes it. I always search for this unit first.

Mammoth Family Fun

I was immediately impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the property. We enjoyed the fact that it was all on the same level which was helpful with small children being able to stay in the bedroom right next to ours. Unit was equipped with everything we needed and enjoyed some of the board games that were available. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again. Top notch!

SW Road Trip

The condo was very comfortable for four adults. The kitchen was large and well stocked with condiments, pots, pans, dishes and grill utensils. The living area had a large couch and love seat so there was plenty of comfortable seating for all of us. The location was about five minutes away from Vons, a very nice grocery store. We will definitely stay here again.

Convenient and Comfortable

The Snowcreek condos are always a great place to rent in Mammoth. Everything we needed was there and we were not left wondering where to find anything. Everyone was comfortable with their own bed and we were a short distance from everything we wanted to do.

We did not get the property we booked but they moved us to another. There were many things we didn’t like. We spent time looking for exactly the right place for us and the one they moved us to had none of it and no discount offered . Was not what we wanted but we’re stuck at this point as we drove hours to be there. No one repaired from the help desk or the emails I sent

Nice 2bd vacation condo

Overall this is a very nice place to stay. The management company was quick (within a half hour) to resolve a water heater issue. That was truly a pleasant surprise. Access was easy with keypad entry. Lots of closet space with more than ample hangers for your clothes. Comfortable beds and bathrooms. Nice kitchen space for 2 bd condo with a large refrigerator/freezer. However, if you like to cook, you should bring your own fry pans, as those provided weren’t in the best shape. The glass top range is fine, but I would much rather have a gas cooktop. Controls are mounted behind the burners, so you will be reaching over your pots and pans to turn the burners on and off. The cooktop also stays hot longer after use than a grated cooktop. Other than that, the kitchen has plenty of glasses, dishes and utensils. There is a tablet that tells you everything you need to know about the condo and how to contact the management company if you should have any questions or problems. I would recommend staying in this unit and hope to stay here again in the future.

Relaxing

Found the place to be in excellent condition, very clean and comfortable. There was a nice flowing stream outside the bedrooms which really relaxed me. The only criticisms I have and they aren’t big deals, are the sliding door was hard to open, the patio itself was covered in debris and I’m not a big fan of leather couches. Over all one of the nicer places I’ve stayed in up there. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
