This spacious 1-bedroom plus loft condo puts you right in the middle of Mammoth Lakes, with plenty of room for up to six guests and an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, Vons and the free town shuttle.

At approximately 900 square feet, the two-story layout feels open and bright, with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and upper windows bringing plenty of natural light into the main living area. It's a great setup for a couple who wants extra room or for a family or small group that doesn't want to be packed into a studio.

The main level includes a comfortable living area with a queen sleeper sofa, wood-burning stove, TV and free Wi-Fi. Firewood is provided during the winter months, so after a day on the mountain you can come back and enjoy a real wood fire.

The remodeled kitchen is one of the highlights of the condo, with updated cabinetry and countertops, full-size appliances, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of space to prepare meals. The adjacent dining table seats six.

Upstairs, the private bedroom has a queen bed, vaulted ceiling, TV, electric fireplace and direct access to its own balcony. The open loft provides additional sleeping space with a trundle bed that converts to two twin beds. A privacy curtain can be closed to give the loft some separation from the rest of the upstairs area.

Altogether, the condo sleeps up to six guests with a queen bed in the bedroom, two twin beds in the loft and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The condo has 1.5 bathrooms, with a half bath on the main level and the full bathroom upstairs. With sleeping accommodations on both levels, the layout works particularly well for families or groups traveling together.

One of the biggest advantages of this condo is its location. Sierra Park Villas is centrally located in Mammoth Lakes, directly across from Roberto's Mexican Cafe and within walking distance of Vons, restaurants, bars and other conveniences. Both the Green Line and Red Line shuttle stops are nearby, providing free transportation around town and to Mammoth Mountain.

Parking is directly in front of the condo, making arrival and unloading easy. Once you've stocked up on groceries, you can easily leave the car parked for much of your stay.
