  • Questo spazioso condominio spazioso, con 2 camere da letto più soppalco e 3 bagni, si trova in una zona tranquilla della città con numerosi servizi complessi da godere come piscina all'aperto, jacuzzi, aree pubbliche per barbecue e campo da tennis. Rilassati davanti al caminetto a legna, guarda un film con la famiglia o cucina nella cucina completamente attrezzata. La cucina dispone di tutti i ripiani in granito, piano aperto e posti a sedere al bar. Il loft è il luogo perfetto per i bambini per rilassarsi e guardare la TV con il proprio spazio privato.

    La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size, TV a schermo piatto con lettore DVD e bagno interno con ripiani in granito e doccia. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale, TV a schermo piatto con lettore DVD e accesso al bagno del corridoio con ripiani in granito e combinazione vasca / doccia. Il soppalco al piano superiore dispone di un letto matrimoniale, 3 letti singoli, TV a schermo piatto con lettore DVD, lavatrice / asciugatrice e bagno aggiornato con doccia ristrutturata.

    Horizons 4 è a pochi passi da Vons, ristoranti, cinema ed è proprio accanto al campo da golf Sierra Star! Tutti gli ospiti di Mammoth Sierra ricevono pieno accesso gratuito allo Snowcreek Athletic Club per usufruire di strutture tra cui piscina interna riscaldata, vapore / sauna, palestra completa, yoga, pilates e pista ciclabile e altro ancora. Questo condominio può ospitare un massimo di 9 persone, ci sono 17 gradini per l'unità, 2 livelli all'interno e non è consentito fumare o animali domestici. Cozy winter condo

3 couples spent 3 nights enjoying the winter wonderland. Great sleeping accommodations. great fireplace. WE had meals, played games and hit the slopes some. Convenient to redline and green line for skiing. Very quiet and roomy and plenty of room for extra kids fot those that would need it.

My family stayed here during Thanksgiving weekend. The kids all stayed in the loft and loved it. The kitchen was well equipped to cook and the pots and pans were in good condition. We had an issue with the dishwasher and called to report it to management. Because it was Thanksgiving day we did not expect them to be working but the maintainence person showed up in 30 minutes! I was impressed with their quick response. Would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd time staying in unit 166; We love the location in town (walking distance to grocery and restaurants, other conveniences; 5 minute drive to The Village, and 15 minute drive to Lake Mary, etc.), and the unit is laid out comfortably and is well equipped. There are 5 of us and we like the sleeping arrangements and the 3 full baths. It is generally clean and well maintained. The club house is also clean and has enough attractions to keep older teens occupied (when not out hiking or fishing!) We would rent this unit again.**Note to management/owner: We have a few suggestions for maintenance/upkeep that we did not report to the maintenance phone number during our stay: The couches are in serious need of professional cleaning and sanitation as it would appear another occupant kept a small animal (maybe a short haired dog-?) which left its fur all over the couches. We say this because several members of our family are allergic to pet dander and all who sat in the couches went into full respiratory allergic reaction and we found short white pet hair on our clothing after sitting on the couches. We were under the impression that this rental is NOT pet friendly--several reasons why we came back to this rental a 2nd time. Carpets could use a good deep cleaning too. Master bath shower could use a new shower head- its flow was strong but not so much as a "spray" and the current shower head could not be adjusted to change the water stream. Lastly, put small soap dishes in all the baths- keeps things tidy when using the bar soaps that are left for the occupants.The only other issue was the power went out in the locality for around 15-20 minutes one early evening-- we think the outage included the complex and other surrounding areas. Maybe include info in your rental materials on where the power panel is in the unit and include other emergency numbers for the utilities, in addition to the management's emergency numbers. We enjoyed our stay quite well. There are a few oddities about the condo... the fire place does not draw properly so having a fire is difficult. The dining table had only 4 chairs, which would be a problem if your group had more than 4 people. And the master shower is quite small. But overall, the space felt roomy and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pans, and dishes. The loft can sleep up to 5 people and has the nicest bathroom in the place. Another nice feature was that each room had a space to put bags and things. Can't say how many times I've stayed in a place with no furniture whatsoever to use for placing ones suitcase or bags.

Horizon's #166 is Superb for Summertime

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We received our keys to the unit before the 5pm check-in time, for which we were grateful. We found the unit clean and tidy, well stocked with all the necessities (except food/drink). All appliances were in proper working condition, and furnishings provided ample space for family of 5 (including 3 big teenage boys!). Very comfortable. All three baths were clean and usable and updated; Although the master bath, with a newer sink & cabinetry, had a shower stall that appeared to be original but in working condition. Location: just 3 or 4 blocks from Vons shopping center (walking distance), so is central Mammoth Lakes, which we prefer. Self drive to all the lakes basin attractions and ski areas are short and scenic, and the unit is in walking distance to the various transit bus stops (if that mode of transportation is preferred).We dined in local eateries (Giovanni's and Burgers), and cooked home-made meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The layout of the unit flows well. Access to the local sports/athletic club was a plus (and we used it almost daily).Don't know how comfortable this unit would be in winter, be we definitely recommend it for the summertime.

Perfect getaway

This unit had all the amenities we needed. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for us to sit and feel at home. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone!
