“The presentation of property and staff were excellent. With that said, the room with 2 beds were doubles and have clear room for queen size beds, which would make the sleeping arrangement way more comfortable for guests. The mattresses were hard. Even the toilet paper was cheap. The restaurants were overpriced, especially when within walking distance you can find just as quality of food for 1/3rd the price. The railing in the courtyards obstructed the view and should be replaced. Needed more...

“We love Brazilian Court and are regular visitors since some 20 years back. This was our first visit this year and we were very happy. The property was I. Great condition, nice recent upgrades in the dining room and our room. The cleanliness was impeccable, service very friendly and professional. We have always loved Boulud Cafe and this time both the dinner and breakfast were perfect. We highly recommend Brazilian Court. ”

“Generally, a very nice hotel, with great oceanfront location, except there are touches that do not meet the standard, given the hotel rating and pricing. The most disappointing issue was the on-site restaurant service at Tula. We had a miserable lunch service where the food and drink order was over an hour wait. “We have stayed her several times. The hotel is very nice, clean and the grounds and public areas are well kept. The room was clean and in good condition except for the sliding balcony door. 2 issues, #1 the glass was so dirty it was hard to see through. We asked housekeeping about this and they said they would report it, and that was as far as it went. So my wife used a towel and water, it wasnt great but it was a lot better. #2 It took all of my strength to open this door. I realize that...
