Two bedrooms (including a master, and a queen bedroom suitable for infants and up) and two baths located on second floor along with laundry room, and master walk-in closet. Master bedroom boats a walk-out balcony with beautiful river views. Third floor contains a loft bedroom with two queen beds, perfect for children ages 5 and up.

Nicely appointed home with large dining area indoor and outdoors. Bedroom and full bath on first floor perfect for tweens/teens and in-laws. Outdoor space is ideal for entertaining the entire family. This is one of the BEST locations with the BEST view on the Manasquan River! No need to cook inside with the expansive and fully equipped kitchen and bar. Dining table for 10 and two seating areas with coaches and porch swing. Gas fire pit on porch and wood fire pit on beach are perfect for cool summer nights. Dock is perfect for fishing and crabbing off of as well as docking your own boat or waverunners.

Note that the minimum stay is 7 nights, however adding nights onto the front or back end will be considered. The pool is ungated. There is also a steep hill on the far side on the pool that leads down to the river. The property in not fully fenced into due to tidal land on the east end.

The home has ample outdoor space to run and play freely. Basketball hoop in driveway and in pool are great for all ages. Water sports toys are abundant and the river is very shallow right off of the beach

This property is located under 2 miles from Manasquan town, beaches and Inlet. Located 1 hour south of NYC and just over an hour from Philadelphia. NJ Transit trains and busses run to/from NYC daily. Newark airport is 45 mins away. However no need to leave this location as it has it all!
