“This was just the right size cottage and the location couldn’t have been better! We had a fairly easy drive up from the Logan International Airport, getting to downtown Newburyport was a breeze, and the little Plum Island store & restaurants were wonderful. The area around Sunny Side was quiet & peaceful. We would book it again!”

“I had a really good stay here. The place was clean, well-kept, and made for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient, close to local spots, and made it about as easy to get around as you could hope.Check-in was pretty chill, small issue with the lock that was fixed in minutes and a small problem with the TV that was more user error then anything.”

“We had such a great time at Sunset Paradise. It has a great location with wonderful views, a bit of privacy, and a cozy, fun house. The kitchen was stocked with all the extras you could need. Everything was maintained well, clean, and in good order. Plum Island was wonderful as well, we will be back someday. Highly recommend this gem of a place.”

“The property was an ideal location for us to walk to town and to the family member’s house. The property was spacious and provided a quiet rest. The one thing I found lacking was a wash cloth. There was helpful information but not about the thermostat. ”

“This stay in Beverly is a hidden gem within 6 minutes of downtown Salem. Parking was easy and the apartment was clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and overall stay. Plenty of room for 3 adults. Would stay here again!”

“Nice place, clean and quaint. Beachy vibe with home like amenities. Odd observation: Toilet and its plumbing are old and only seem to be able to be flushed once every 20 minutes. With multiple people that can be awkward. All else very good. Would stay again. ”
