Before access instructions are sent an hour before the standard check-in time, we ask our guests to complete the verification (check-in form and deposit) through Chargautomations. You have the option to select Non Refundable Deposit of £30 or a Refundable Deposit amounting to £250.

This deposit is merely a hold on your card and not an actual charge. The hold will be made 2 days prior to your arrival and will be released 1-3 days after your departure, subject to our cleaner's report and no issue has been raised.
