Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and must be arranged in advance, subject to availability. Please contact us before your arrival or departure date to make arrangements.

The Tram (Shudehill) and Victoria Train Station is less than a 10 minute walk to get too. Free secure, underground parking is available.

Before access instructions are sent an hour before the standard check-in time, we ask our guests to complete the verification (check-in form and deposit) through Hostaway.

Guests may be asked to provide either a £30 non-refundable deposit or a £250 refundable security deposit.

The non-refundable option is applied at the host’s discretion, based on the guest’s proven booking history and 5-star reviews.
• No drugs or gas balloon canisters are allowed in the property.
• No parties are allowed.
• No pets are allowed.
• No smoking or e-cigs are allowed in the flat.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

Breach of the house rules or complaints from neighbours/police will result in the FULL damage deposit being forfeited.
