The Space:

This penthouse apartment sits in the heart of Ancoats, just a 30 second walk from Cutting Room Square, surrounded by some of Manchester's best bars and restaurants including Rudy's Pizza and the Michelin starred Mana.



The apartment comes with one free secure parking space underneath the building, a rare find in the city centre.



There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds plus an ensuite shower. The living room has a double sofa bed, comfortably sleeping up to six guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, and the spacious living area features Sky TV and fast WiFi.



We have a washer dryer in the property, great for longer stays. We provide fresh linen and towels for every guest, plus iron, ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, tea and coffee.



Travel cot available on request for a small additional fee of £15, just let us know before your stay.



We are pet friendly. Please add your pet as a guest when booking as there is a small additional charge.

You will have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.



Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we will send all the details ahead of your arrival.

Manchester Piccadilly Station is around a 15 minute walk away, with national rail services connecting you to London, Birmingham, Leeds and beyond. Piccadilly Gardens tram stop is also about 15 minutes on foot, with Metrolink connections across Greater Manchester including MediaCityUK, the Trafford Centre and Manchester Airport.



New Islington tram stop is a shorter walk and connects you directly into the Metrolink network.
