The Space:
Welcome to Gatsby!
An impressive four bedroom, three bathroom duplex penthouse with a modern art deco design throughout. This property is nestled in the heart of Manchester City Centre, just minutes from popular attractions like the Palace Theatre, Manchester Art Gallery, and Bridgewater Hall, providing easy access to the city's iconic landmarks. It’s the perfect base for exploring Manchester’s dynamic cultural and entertainment scene.

Kitchen & Dining Area:
Located on the upper floor, the beautifully crafted kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and induction hob.

There is a large dining table that can seat up to 14 guests, perfect for hosting a dinner party or enjoying a meal together with family and friends.

Bedrooms:
There are four stylish king-size bedrooms located on the lower floor. One of these bedrooms features two king-size beds. All fitted with blackout curtains and ample storage providing plenty of storage for your stay.

Bathrooms:
There are three stunning bathrooms with an option for a shower or a large bath in one of the bathrooms. We offer bath towels and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

Sofa Bed:
The two sofa beds can be converted into a comfortable double sofa-bed which can sleep up to a further four guests. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. If you’re unsure whether you have a sofa-bed inclusive rate or for full details of our sofa-bed policy, please refer to our terms and conditions.

Cinema/entertainment:
Enjoy a cinematic experience with a large 100 inch screen tv which includes including Sky Entertainment and movies, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Surrounded by iconic movie wall art from the Roaring '20s, you will feel transported to the Gatsby era.

Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.

In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £70.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.

Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas.

Upon entering the building through the main entrance there are 7 steps.
If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 4th floor to access the apartment.
Outside the apartment there is a small lip when entering the door.
Within the property, the kitchen, dining and living space are all accessed by spiral staircase only. There is no lift to the upper floor of the property. Please keep this in mind if you have any additional accessibility needs.

Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. Other optional extra's are available for an additional fee. We provide services such as mini-bar and fridge stocking, private chef's, laundry & dry cleaning, early check-in's, late check-outs, and much much more.

Unfortunately, this home is not pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend with you, then please check out our other homes. We have a large number of other homes that welcome your furry friends.

Please note, the window on the upper floor currently does not have an opening mechanism. To ensure ventilation, poles are provided to safely prop the window open. This window is scheduled to be replaced but as this is a grade 2 listed building, the consultation process with the local authorities and heritage organisations is lengthy and ongoing. We apologise for any inconvenience and kindly ask guests to take extra care when using the window.

Please note for sleeping arrangements, one bedroom features two king size beds.
