Beautiful, clean and quiet end of terrace 4 Bed House, sleeps 10 with 2 parking spots with access to both private and communal gardens. In a walking distance to Manchester city centre, Manchester United Stadium, Old Trafford Cricket Ground and 5 major supermarkets within 5mins drive.
The property is not shared with other tenants.

The neighbourhood is very friendly and mostly residential with lots of takeaways and shops nearby.

Beautiful and modern 4-bed house over 3 floors for peace and quiet maintained to a very high standard.

This is a modern 4-bedroom end town house set over 3 floors. The living accommodation briefly comprises;
Ground Floor – Entrance hallway leading to a double ensuite bedroom with access to the garden. The room boasts a comfortable double size bed with premium quality Egyptian linen for you to sink into after a long day of sightseeing. There is a double door wardrobe and a bedside table. There is a double French door leading to the garden and a window in the room.

First Floor – Open plan living area with modern fitted kitchen and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, cutlery and crockery. It is perfect for kicking back in and enjoying a meal at the dining table.
Second Floor – There are 2 bright double bedrooms and a 3-piece family bathroom.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed with quality Egyptian linen and double wardrobe with hangers. There are 2 large windows in the room, lots of sunshine guaranteed on a sunny day in Manchester with views from the garden.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed with quality Egyptian linen and double wardrobe with hangers. There is a large window in the room, lots of sunshine guaranteed on a sunny day in Manchester with views from the street.
To the top floor is a large master ensuite double bedroom.
The property also has the benefit of gas central heating, double glazed windows, plenty of off-road parking and a pleasant rear garden. The house is fully furnished & guest can use the kitchen if they wish.

Manchester (and a bit of Liverpool)

A nice property with very comfy beds in a quiet neighbourhood. Could do with a bit of TLC in the common areas and a few more kitchen items - we just had enough bowls for five people. Bedrooms a good size and all very comfy withdouble beds, although could have done with a few more pillows and towels. Great position for city centre, Trafford area, Salford Quays and for going to Liverpool; parking good too.
