Prime Location for Exploring: Our home boasts an exceptional location – Excellent transport links to MCC with the tram stop on the doorstep.Notably, you can effortlessly reach the iconic Old Trafford in no more than 10 minutes! You’re also spoilt for choice in terms of restaurants, bars and eateries right on your doorstep.

MAIN BEDROOM:

Experience a restful night's sleep in our master bedroom. With a brand-new SMART TV, Luxury Mattress, fresh linen and sheets. You’ll be well rested to enjoy your time in Manchester. Our master bedroom also contains an en suite bathroom.

SECOND BEDROOM:

Our second bedroom also contains luxury double mattress with more than enough storage space. You can also enjoy the amazing viewpoints of the City!

LIVING ROOM:

The city offers a range of activities, but when it's time to unwind, there's no better place than our open-plan living area. Whether you're diving into a book, music, or simply kicking back to enjoy a movie after a fulfilling day, our living room is the perfect place to be.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA:

Our Beautiful Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d expect in a family home. You’re on holiday though, right? Treat yourself and order anything you want from Deliveroo and get it delivered to your door.

PERFECT FOR FAMILIES & LONGER STAYS:

We provide the convenience of a washing machine and dryer, ideal for those on extended trips. Families with younger children will appreciate the inclusion of a travel cot (please bring your own sheets),
Also a childrens park is a short walk away.

Guests will receive a 13% discount for 1 week stays.

Guests will receive a 20% discount for 1 month stays or more.

PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:

For your convenience, we offer fresh linen and towels for each guest, an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps. Additionally, a cot is available; kindly let us know in advance if you require one.
GOOD TO KNOW:

You can effortlessly check yourself in anytime between 3-11pm using KeyNest.

Other things to note:

- Parties/ Smoking/ Loud Noise is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit will be used towards extra costs in removing you.

- No parking on site (We can advise you on the most appropriate places to park for your stay).

- Quiet times after 9pm (Please show respect to the neighbours around you).

CCTV in block | CCTV inside facing entrance door ONLY, motion-activated for security reasons and protection of the apartment & to protect guests.

We use Keynest for a local shop which we will provide you a code for on the day of check in.
