The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.

Our properties include a ring camera doorbell at the entrance of the property which is active 24/7. This is pointing external to the apartment and is there for the security of our guests. Any deliberate attempt to block the camera for any reason will incur a penalty.

Please return the keys in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost keys will be charged at a rate of £150 per key.
