The Space:
We are excited to welcome you to Santorini, a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment located in Manchester's celebrated Ancoats district. The property draws its identity from the iconic cave houses of the Greek island of Santorini, bringing white-washed walls, arched ceilings & a serene Mediterranean aesthetic to the heart of one of the UK's most vibrant cities. This apartment sleeps up to 6 guests.
Kitchen & dining
The all-white, Santorini-inspired kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. It comes fully equipped with a fridge freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso machine, and hot water kettle. We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper. There is a 6-seater dining table, perfect for hosting an intimate dinner or enjoying a meal together with family and friends. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those travelling on business.
Bedrooms
There are 2 bedrooms, both fitted with room-darkening shades and clothing storage. The master bedroom features a spacious king-size bed, a generously sized circular free-standing bath, a large mirror, and a bespoke open wardrobe. The second bedroom is located on the mezzanine level, accessed via 11 steps, and offers a cozy cave-style sleeping nook. Please note that due to the unique architectural design, this bedroom features low ceilings with a maximum height of 1.6 metres, requiring guests to crouch - there is also a 1.4-metre maximum height under the beams.
Bathrooms
There is 1 bathroom. It features an elegant arched ceiling and a spacious walk-in wet room-style shower. A freestanding bathtub is also available in the master bedroom. We offer bath towels and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap.
Living area
The living area features a 55-inch Sky Glass smart TV with Sky Cable TV and a range of streaming services. The space also includes a charming window seat - ideal for quiet moments of relaxation. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa-bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. Location & parking
This property is located in Manchester's city centre district of Ancoats, on the eastern edge of the centre. You can reach Manchester's central bar and retail district within walking distance. The New Islington Metrolink stop is just seconds away, making it easy to explore the wider city. Canal-side walking paths are right on the doorstep, offering a pleasant escape into the neighbourhood. There is a pay-per-park car park located 10 metres from the apartment - charges may apply. As with any city centre apartment, there is potential for noise from outside and other building inhabitants.
Complimentary amenities
To help make your stay as comfortable as possible, we include a one-time selection of starter essentials: tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, salt & pepper, Nespresso pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and towels. A cleaning box is also provided, containing a sponge, mini washing-up liquid, 1 laundry pod, and a cloth. Please note these items are provided as a one-time courtesy and will not be replenished during your stay.
Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Getting Around:
The apartment is perfectly located on the eastern edge of the city centre in Ancoats, looking over a beautiful green space and conveniently placed seconds away from the New Islington metro-link stop. You’ll benefit from being seconds away from canal-side walking paths, getting to enjoy the peace and tranquillity that New Islington has to offer, all whilst being walking distance from the best spots in Manchester.
Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the first floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours.

This home is pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend(s), there will be a small flat rate fee of £20.00 which helps us cover the cost of the additional cleaning requirements post your stay.
