Summary:
We are excited to welcome you to Santorini, our iconic cave house-inspired two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment, located in Manchester's Ancoats district. The property features white-wash walls, polished concrete floors and archway doors, synonymous with the cave-houses found in the Greek island oasis of Santorini. This apartment sleeps up 6 guests.

The Space:
LIVING, KITCHEN & DINING AREA

The all white Santorini-style kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster, induction hob and ceiling extraction fan.

We also offer complimentary chilled still-water, Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper.

There is a 6-seater dining table perfect for hosting a dinner party or enjoying a meal together with family and friends. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.

BEDROOMS
The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, a large circular free-standing bath perfect for couples+, a large mirror, and ample storage space in the bespoke open wardrobe.

The second guest bedroom can be found on mezzanine level, up a flight of 11 steps. Up here, discover a charming sleeping nook that doubles as a cosy bedroom space, perfect for those seeking a unique yet authentic cave-style experience. Please note the second bedroom does feature low ceilings (maximum height 1.6M) – so be aware that you may need to crouch, and please be mindful of your head! Under the beams, the maximum height is 1.4M.

BATHROOM
The bathroom features an arched ceiling and a walk-in wet room style shower area, as well as a large vanity area complete with basin, and customer curved mirror. We offer bath and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

LIVING AREA
The living space features a 55-inch Sky Glass smart television, with Sky Cable TV and Netflix and Amazon Prime TV access. Sit back and relax in the comfortable and stylish bespoke living area, consisting of a beautiful window seat and separate optional sofa-bed.

SOFA BED
The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa-bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. If you’re unsure whether you have a sofa-bed inclusive rate or for full details of our sofa-bed policy, please refer to our terms and conditions.

LOCATION & PARKING
The apartment is perfectly located on the eastern edge of the city centre in Ancoats, looking over a beautiful green space and conveniently placed seconds away from the New Islington metro-link stop. You’ll benefit from being seconds away from canal-side walking paths, getting to enjoy the peace and tranquillity that New Islington has to offer, all whilst being walking distance from the best spots in Manchester. You will never be stuck for a place to park your car(s). There is a pay per park car park 10m over the road, opposite the development - charges may apply.

Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.

In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.

Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the first floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours.

This home is pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend(s), there will be a small flat rate fee of £20.00 which helps us cover the cost of the additional cleaning requirements post your stay.
