"When we arrived the staff was friendly and checked us in. We left the room and came back and the lock wouldn't work. A staff member came up to the room and was not able to open the door so we had to wait in the lobby for 40 minutes. They were going to give us a different room then they were able ..."

"Very helpful staff arranging for us to check in a bit early to change prior to the wedding we were attending. Upon arrival the desk agent was aware of our request and our room prepared for us. The room was clean and comfortable. A good experience."
