“The property needs to be updated. Our room smelled musty. The staff worked hard to keep breakfast buffet stocked. ”

“This hotel is very convenient to the highway, room was clean, comfortable. Good tv channel selection, soft towels. Shampoo and Conditioner dispensers in the bath/shower, but the liquid soap (body wash) was at the sink which is outside the bathroom, so I used my own. That was the only odd thing. Breakfast was nice, yogurt, cereal, muffins, bagels, eggs/sausage and make your own waffles. Stayed for an event in Harrisburg, would definitely stay again.”

“The staff was very friendly. Yes it does have some worn out carpets in room, but otherwise all is clean and functional. Pool DOES NOT have slide. It seems as pool area was redone, pool is not big and many kids were present having fun there. I was dreading since i booked before I read reviews and read them when it was to late to cancel. But it was a pleasant stay, I stayed 1 night with 4 kids.”

“Everyone should experience several nights at The Altland House. It's truly a special place. Our room was an "interior" room and we heard no traffic. Real for keys!! The brewery in the basement and the restaurant on the main level were superb. ”
