We invite you to our cozy house in San Pietro in Bevagna, Manduria. You will be having vacation between the unique landscapes - vineyards of Primitivo DOC.

As for our house, we pointed on the outside area to make our guests fully enjoy the nature of this land.

The pool 8*3 m, 1,20 meters depth and garden area.
Air conditioning in every room;
WIFI, some books, pool towels.
Secondary bathroom with the outside access from the backyard (a small one but absolutely functional, with wc and a shower)
The house will be completely fenced.

The house consists of 2 bedrooms (one double, one with 2 single beds); sofa bed in the living area can be comfortable for 2 people.

A dinning area is equipped with a smart TV , sofa-bed and an air conditioner, dining table.
The kitchen is equipped with all the cutlery; cooking pots and pans; microwave; dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine.

A bathroom with a shower, wc and bidet, towels, hair dryer, iron.

Around you’ve got nature and several neighboring villas.

On the backyard there is a big barbecue.
Also, you can enjoy preparing your dishes using the rosemary or a basil growing in the garden.


The water is NOT DRINKABLE (no acquedotto pugliese), but you can cook.
Video surveillance on all perimeter of the house for a further guests’ security.
The gate is opened automatically with a remote controller.

There is a small supermarket in 300m from the house where you can find a freshly baked bread every day.
The center of San Pietro in Bevagna is in 2 mins drive, 800m - with all the cafes, shops, supermarkets around.

We advice to use the car to get to the beaches. It is 800-900 meters straightforward.
By foot it’ll take you 15-20 mins. By car - 2 minutes.
