“Posto squisito; personale gentilissimo, camere e giardino molto curati. La prima stanza, piccola, con le dotazioni essenziali e con letto queen, nonostante avessimo richiesto in prenotazione due letti matrimoniali. Capita... Piccolo incidente: la TV in camera non funzionava, per problemi di cavo. Il giorno dopo, non essendo riusciti a sistemare il problema, ci hanno fato un upgrade in un bungalow grande il doppio e in una posizione spettacolare. Bel servizio, anche se non esattamente...

“Had a bad experience when a hotel driver didn’t collect us as scheduled at night and we felt in danger. Didn’t feel like evening staff knew much about the tours or options for transport available. Parts of the hotel room were broken such as the security latch on the door and fan knobs. Wardrobe doors wouldn’t close. No options for streaming on the TV without compatible devices. No snorkels available for use or hire. Felt it really wasn’t a 5 star hotel standard.”

“The room was very generous in space, with good amenities inc a good fridge/freezer and a welcome shower with hot water for once! The pool bar was comfortable and welcoming from 7am on for food and drinks, All staff were absolutley excellent and everything was easy Many thanks, Craig”

“Property had some great facilities, beach, gym and water sports all positives. Rooms a little tired, food very mixed bag and staff genuine and super nice people, but a little ineffective at the same time. A basic example was no water on the room on arrival, checked with reception who said it’s housekeepings fault, ask them the following day, they said it’s not them it’s reception and we never received any water. I think it’s too strong to say we regret staying here but I wouldn’t stay again....

Sono stata contenta della scelta fatta perche' pur non essendo un resort sul mare l'albergo si trova vicinissimo alla citta' e offre la possibilita' di fare tutto quello che nell'isola c'e' da scoprire... Il servizio e il personale sono eccellente.”
