“New hotel in Kaikoura, probably the best in Town, stunning view on Mountain and Ocean. Wonderful breakfast.”

“Nice and comfortable room. Short walk to the beach with great views. Has a free laundry room for guests which is very handy.”

“The wifi was terrible. Not sure if that's because my room was the furtherest away or it's just bad in general. The room itself was nice and the toilets and showers were good. I told them I would be late arriving and they told me where to find the key. Overall the stay was good it was just the wifi that was the issue because I wanted to work from my room so it was kind of important.”

“The staff was very helpful; we were going to miss check-in time, but they were happy to make arrangements for us to check in late. The room was clean, and the amenities were excellent, with a fridge/freezer and an oven; the bathroom was large and had a spa bath.”

“While it is an older motel It is clean and has all the amenities you require. It is value for money to put your head down for the night with good choice of food places not far down the road to choose from if you wish to support local eatery business (the thai shop was good!) or a little further for the supermarket for the more budget conscious traveller”

“Great little hotel. Lovely garden area to sit and have a drink or a cuppa. Only thing I would say is that the rooms were a little small to try and fit 2 suitcases in somewhere. Would stay again. Staff and lovely and welcoming.”

“Absolutely stunning view!! The room was decorated beautifully and we enjoyed the homemade shortbread cookies upon arrival. It was fun meeting other guests over breakfast and sharing tips. The town is a ten minute walk downhill for great restaurants and activities. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.”

“The place was great! Maybe not for everyone but perfect for anyone with kids or just looking for something a little different. We are seniors but have done a lot of camping and this was glamping at its best. We picked the yurt which had an outdoor kitchen and an external bathroom. Everything felt really authentic yet still very modern. It all was just there as one would expect from a nice hotel but presented in a different way. Kind of a cowboy camp or depression era type of a kitchen outside...
