Hotel a Mangilao

“コンドミニアムタイプのお部屋を利用しました。室内は清潔感があり清掃も行き届いていました。ベットやバスタオル、食器類も良いものを使用しておりコンドミニアムとしては大満足でした。しかし、経年の外観、エレベーター等は少し怖かったです。 それと旅行前の質問などに即対応してくれるのがとてもよかったです。ゴルフ旅でまた利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。”

“ゆったりと静かに過ごせる環境が最高。スタッフもフレンドリーでとても快適な６日間でした。”

“The room price was fair. As soon as I entered my room, it had a sewage smell in the entrance and the smell got stronger throughout the night. I would probably not stay here again. But you can’t beat the price. I was only there for a couple of hours to rest and clean up before a flight.”

“It’s every unprofessional employee especially the receptionist.could find my reservation and has rude attitude and and to find out that they allowed me and give me card keys to room and room comes with no hygiene items only one soap no toothbrush and toothpaste and walks of room has moisture on it so as floors small puddle of water and then as I wake the next day to make and extend stay they tell me I have to pay my security deposit which they didn’t ask me to upon arrival and check in . Then...

“3才と6才の子連れでの利用でした スタッフがとても親切で感じもよく笑顔が素敵で気持ち良く過ごせました 子供にも凄く優しいかった ロビーやプールもおしゃれで清潔、芝生や植物の手入れも良くされていた 強いて言えば朝食時のドリンクが無くなる前に補充して欲しいかったくらい スタッフの皆さんありがとう！ また是非行きたいです”
