1-bedroom apartment with fitness room, golf view balcony, WiFi in BGC Taguig

This is a 48SQM corner unit in Forbeswood Heights, BGC, Taguig. It is renovated into more of a studio configuration to make it more open. Since it is open, it should be thought of as a large studio. It has a queen size firm bed, and a washing machine. It does not have a dryer, but we do provide a clothes drying rack to dry your clothes. This apartment has two split type ACs, one of which is an inverter type. This is quite a rare feature in Bonifacio Global City (BGC). This apartment is located overlooking Burgos Circle in Forbestown. We offer a fully stocked kitchen. We only welcome stays of one to six months. We do not accept short term stays. We have fiber internet. We have a smart TV and we normally have amazon prime and netflix (assuming it hasnt been blocked/locked by the provider, we do not guarantee we have netflix or prime during your stay).

The complex: Forbeswood Heights is a Megaworld property. It is located right across the street from Robinson's Selections (a high end supermarket) and is right in the middle of the famous Burgos Circle (which can be a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights). You can easily walk to all locations in BGC, including high street. The complex offers a pool and fitness center. There is a also a tennis court. The admin office charges a small fee and requires pre-registration to use the tennis court. There are also hours of operation of the tennis courts, swimming pool, and fitness center. Guest must check with the admin office and book ( and pay for where necessary) those amenities themselves. There is PAID parking in the basement, we do not offer free parking. The security is quite tight, and all guests must be registered in advance with the admin office. Security will turn away un-registered guests and visitors.
