“The address details very poor, my driver and me had trouble finding the place. Room ok, great view, shower pressure very bad, leakage around tap, balcony door faulty, only x 2 small old towels. ”

“This Cozi property was perfectly situated a couple minutes walk away from the Venice Mall. Not too far from the airport but far enough away to not be near a congested area. Beautifully situated with many shops and necessities nearby.
The room was excellent for the value and the views from there were amazing!!!!
I will definitely be returning and hope to get the same unit again!

“Check in process is a bit vague without explanation that someone needs to give you the key and meet you. While I have specified what time is my supposed to be flight arrival, they haven't mentioned when to meet. We needed to wait longer after a long flight. Check out process was much better. I had to communicate in advance about check out time and they came promptly.”

“The host never responded to me, I had some difficulties checking in because she never communicated to me how to check in. While being in the room, I could smell the room not being cleaned, and I ended up being right when I opened the fridge(not working) with a live roach. Not only that, the bathroom has a smell that I couldn’t describe, I have sensitive smell that I could smell when it’s jot maintain cleaned. “グリーンヒルズショッピングセンターが近く、周囲は朝のジョギングにも向いており、とても良いロケーションでした。室内の設備も素晴らしかったです。ただ、室内には中華料理か何かの料理の匂いが残っており、その点はやや不快でした。テーブル等を持参したウェットシートで清掃したら、匂いは少し取れました。今回は、旅行での利用でした。機会があれば、また利用したいと思います。”

“It is an OK hotel if you have the spend the night close to the airport, but that's just about it.
The hotel offers a "free shuttle service" from the airport, which is kind of a joke. I had to wait almost one hour to get a ride when i arrived and on the return trip to the airport, the day after, the driver asked "vividly" for a tip. If you use Grab it is a 150 pesos ride (a little bit more than 2 euros), which i strongly suggest. It is gonna be faster, more efficient and hassle free.
