“The staff were very accommodating, and the unit owner was highly responsive. I had an incredibly smooth stay at this place—100% recommended over any other hotels nearby. The unit came with its own kitchen and complete cooking ware, which was very convenient. It also had a beautiful view and great facilities. The location is excellent as well, close to a supermarket and within walking distance to Greenbelt and other malls.”

“Great for privacy as you're renting a condo and not necessarily a hotel room. Check-in was a bit complicated because there isn't a traditional hotel like front desk. But now that I know the check-in procedures it shouldn't be too difficult next time. ”

All very friendly. The security staff always looked to help and one of the ladies even offered to carry my bag down the stairs even though I am much bigger and did not take her up on it. I exclusively seek out Citadines in Manila and Cebu because trust me when I tell you, there is simply no other hotel that can beat the overall value and experience of a Citadines hotel.
