“It was a very disappointing experience with this place. The unit have cockroaches crawling around, the bed doesn’t seems comfortable to sleep bec aside from it was so old and creaking, there’s no proper cover. There’s no fitted sheet on it. And even the blanket looks dirty as if they didn’t change it. We checked out the same day bec we can’t stay to this room condition.The host even told us to put back the key and elevator pass to its designation. We did both. Worst was despite our complaints,...

“The host never responded to me, I had some difficulties checking in because she never communicated to me how to check in. While being in the room, I could smell the room not being cleaned, and I ended up being right when I opened the fridge(not working) with a live roach.
