“IT WAS TERRIBLE! WE ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL AT ABOUT 7AM FROM A 18HR TRIP & AS EVERY TRAVELERER'S WISH TO GET CHECKED IN RIGHT AWAY, GET REFRESH & REST BUT INSTEAD, ME & MY WIFE WAITED AT THE LOBBY FOR 3HRS BECAUSE THEY CAN'T FIND THE KEYS FOR ROOM 1145 THAT I BOOKED. THE PERSON IN CHARGE WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND & DIDN'T ANSWER THE GUARD'S SEVERAL CALL ATTEMPTS. AND WHEN THEY FINALLY FOUND THE KEYS. I WAS VERY SHOCKED & TERRIFIED BECAUSE WHEN I ENTERED OUR ROOM, SOMEBODY WAS THERE! ONLY TO FIND OUT...

“Rooms is clean and neat , big 3bedrooms Seaview and pool view sunset view is stunning from balcony Very quiet room Very be autiful scenery”

“Staff were amazing, cordial and ready to assist. The check in was very smooth. The unit was not well kept. Not enough useful utensils, toiletries, towels, sheets and pillows are not enough for the registered guests. The kitchen sink was clogged most of the time. The shower has a complicated hot and cold system. The host must do a thorough inventory of the unit.”

“Dirty unit! Lots of cokroaches. No dining table… only counter with high stools not easy to sit on.”

“Have to contact property earlier”

“The place is convenient with shops and location from the airport. What I didn't expect was the place was infested with cockroaches. If only we weren't so tired from traveling I would've looked for another place to stay. My kids were super scared that they don't want to sleep at all. What I did was to buy pesticide spray which was not pleasant for breathing in. I'm glad that we only stay for 1 night.”

“The description and post is quiet different in the actual presentation and thw aircon is cannot accommodate the whole room and the place is lots of people you are not feel safe”

“The apartment supposed to accommodate 10 people. I doubt that but for 3 of us, is very comfortable. It looks clean but be prepared to see a few crockroaches darting around the floor. Swimming pool guard had eaten too much chillies, and shows it. Otherwise, all ok.”

“This is the worst place I have ever stayed. I cannot sleep in peace, and small cockroaches were crawling around. The bed sheet is so old and yellowish. The washing machine was not functioning, and the shower tap was not in the best state. I have taken a lot of pictures to support my facts and am happy to send to you. I like to ask for some monetary compensation where possible, as it has been the worst stay I ever encountered . The plugs were generally hard to use as I needed support to get my...
