“Booked this place for my parents as their temporary home base while they travelled to other cities allowing them to leave larger luggage pieces/items. Overall optimal/great experience with the people, location, and the place.Only downside was the occasional cockroaches that appeared in the main area of the room washroom. Quickly reported and the property/room team responded accordingly.Would recommend the building and area given the close proximity to the Mall of Asia / near Airport. Thank you!”

“Condohotel is about 18 mins walk to MOA. Had issues checking in: security needed email authorization from owner/property manager before you can check in. Visitors also need email authorization to be let in. You have to pay 150 pesos a day (week days price) to use the pool. Great location, convenience store, restaurants, and night vendor stalls at Shore 3 residences nearby. There is a shortcut to MOA or Shore 3 if you cross the parking from Shore 1 to Shore 3.
