“The room was very clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall it was a nice place to stay. However, the building is on a very busy road, and it's exceptionally loud and noisy with all of the traffic. The only other negative is the shower. While it did have hot water which is great, the shower would alternate from cold water, to warm, to scalding hot, and back to cold, about every two to three minutes, and then the water would stop flowing completely for a few minutes, but...

“Our stay at Lanson Place Mall of Asia was short, but excellent as always. First of all, the luxury and overall experience are one of the main reasons why I love staying at this hotel. “The property itself is great, spacious & clean. Downside is no phone network even at the lobby but there is a wifi in the room. No restaurant nearby but u can cook ur food as cooking utensils were provided. Over all our stay is fantastic, close to the airport.”

“The EG staff are very helpful and excellent with their work. Our rooms are clean and aesthetic. The place is close to restaurant and shopping centre, where easy to go around and navigate the area. If there’s a chance will stay again and recommend the place. Thank you for the service!”
