“Room was very clean. Staff highly professional and polite. Your “dress code” kept me out of your restaurant and bar. Wasted $40.00 pre-paying breakfast. Now I am waiting for return of the damage deposit to my American Express card. Not likely to stay at the Conrad on my next trip to Manila.”

“We requested a transfer from Ortigas to Aseana thru Expedia and it was approved but when we showed up at Aseana, the front desk does not know about this transfer until we decided to book another reservation. Thanks that Red is Planet Ortigas approved our refund because of this hassle. Aseana should have taken steps to check this out with Ortigas but they did not help us.”

“The room is clean and staff are helpful with things we need. Air conditioner is working well and elevator is clean and ready when needed and tv is working well as well. Bed is clean and sheets and hot and cold water is working well. Thank you”

“L'insonorizzazione da migliorare. Eravamo nella camera 7022 e si sentivano troppo i rumori della strada ( non degli aerei). Colazione sufficiente per essere un HI Express, bravi a farla dalle 6:00 AM, ma troppe cose un po' insapori. Comunque un buon rapporto qualità prezzo se si prenota con degli sconti.”
