Be aware of this scam and a trap. No communication, no orientation with the unit. Pictures can be deceiving in the net but not real. Kitchen wares are old and rusty, pots dont have handle, PS4 not working, old and filthy blankets and towels, bathroom stinks, in short the unit was not maintained. The owner didnt bother to answers our phone calls the whole of our stay. After paid in full as asked on booking, Thats It! Youre all on you own!

We booked for a one big room but they gave us two rooms in a different floors Parking has also been a problem. We went out, and when we came back the parking was full, and the parking attendant was disrespectful.

The place was not as I expected it to be. The room Was very small, smelly and the restroom was below standard. I ended up not staying there and instead moved to Sheraton Manila Bay hotel. I forfeited what I paid for in this condo since it’s non refundable.

This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in, advertised as an executive condo, it is the size of a shoe box furnished with cheap furniture "luxury bed Sheets" total lies not even a cake of soap. arrived late at night and just checked out the next morning for went the next night, disgusting, expedia hang your head in shame. never again

This was a very frustrating experience. The unit did not match what was promised, and the listing was misleading. The owner was dishonest about important details of the condo, which negatively affected my stay. I’m sharing this so other guests can make an informed decision and avoid the same situation.

The worst experienced in my life. We travelled 18 hours flight and looking forward to take a rest after a long flight but when we got to our hotel they can’t find our booking and it was cancelled but they took the payment. They took awhile to refund my money. They double booked us! I will never recommend this hotel. Front desk people are helpful but the owner of the unit really sucks!

Review: Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Info and Poor Cleanliness I had a very disappointing experience with this property. The listing provided inaccurate information about the unit, which was a major letdown upon arrival. What was advertised did not reflect the reality — from amenities to the overall condition of the accommodation. To make matters worse, the unit was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness. It was clear that no proper cleaning had been done prior to my check-in, which made the stay very uncomfortable and unhygienic ( stained bed, ripped bedsheet, stained sofa, leaking toilet, dirty trash basket, dirty stove, windows are dusty) I contacted the host/property management immediately to report the issues, but despite the valid concerns, they refused to issue any refund. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to resolve the situation made things even more frustrating. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property. I strongly advise future guests to verify all details and reviews thoroughly before booking, as my experience was far from what was promised. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY SO YOU WILL NOT HAVE THE SAME EXPERINCE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

Misleading Listing – Not as Advertised I am writing this review to warn future travelers. Unfortunately, this property is highly overrated. I ignored previous negative reviews and gave the owner a chance, but they were completely right. This is a privately rented SMDC condo near the airport. Transportation is limited—no jeepneys, only taxis (around PHP 200 to Mall of Asia). Cleanliness was poor. The unit had a mouldy smell, dusty fan, non-working air conditioner, and a toilet needing upgrade. I found a cockroach on the kitchen counter, a false eyelash on the blanket, unknown splash marks on the bedroom mirror, and a stained mattress (photos provided). The unit was not prepared for our stay. We booked for 6 guests but were given only 2 towels. The kitchen was incomplete (only 2 mugs, no drinking glasses). When I requested glasses, I was told to buy paper cups downstairs. The listing photos and description are misleading. Many advertised amenities were missing, including pool access, minibar, BBQ grill, cleaning supplies, kitchen and bathroom essentials, and workspace items. “Spa access” only means a paid massage shop on the ground floor—no free spa. We booked an “Executive Condo” for 8 guests with 2 queen beds and 2 sofa beds. In reality, there was 1 queen bed, 1 floor mattress blocking the door, no sofa beds, just a small sofa and thin floor mat. Check-in was not smooth, and there is no phone or intercom in the unit—you must go downstairs to fetch guests yourself. I r
