“Quiet, secluded property. Close enough to Crystal Mountain, Frankfort, Traverse City and the Platte River for tubing, kayaking and canoeing! Fire pit was great on back of property. Our host was wonderful to communicate with! We even got the chance to meet her. Older home and needed some TLC in some areas, but fulfilled our needs. “Condo was very clean and on 2nd floor overlooking James St. No elevator. While there are 2 doors for the building, the code to get into the building only works on the back door (safety? Or we did it wrong) and not the front door on James St.Basic simple amenities- providing only what was needed which was totally fine for us. Could have used an additional blanket for the bed. We could’ve taken a blanket from the other bedroom—-we just turned up heat instead. There are working smoke detectors...

“This space was perfect for a weekend away. The area was very quiet and private. We were close to lots of hiking trails and Iron Fish Distillery is only a few minutes away. ”

“Upon entering you feel like you’re right at home. Fully equipped Kitchen and the bathrooms were equipped as well . The house is very spacious and pet friendly. There is a dog park where your fur babies can run leash free just a mile down the road. We are looking to see when to rebook for next year!! Beautiful home you will not be disappointed! Plenty of eateries and shopping within walking distance.”

“Excellent place to stay with my five teenage kids. Many fun games to play and hot tub is a must for them. This is the first place we've rented with a sauna and it was also nice on a very cold, windy night. The heated floors were also nice. Only things I would change about the place are add a bathroom in the lower level and leave a book with instructions for renters.
