Manistee Channel Waterfront Home con darsena

Questa è una casa recentemente acquistata e aggiornata che si trova a pochi passi dalla fantastica spiaggia del Lago Michigan. Situato proprio sul Manistee Channel, avrai una vista in prima fila su tutti i mercantili che attraversano.

** Novità per questa stagione, i proprietari hanno aggiunto porte scorrevoli in vetro a ciascuna delle tre camere da letto che si aprono su un ampio ponte posteriore nuovo di zecca. La vista sul fiume sarà sorprendente da ogni stanza. Sarai anche in grado di accedere al Riverwalk tramite una scala privata e utilizzare il molo della barca che è stato appena installato l'anno scorso. Ulteriori foto verranno aggiunte una volta completato il lavoro.

La casa dispone di nuovi mobili e una Smart TV molto grande nel soggiorno. Durante la stagione estiva saranno disponibili anche finestre con aria condizionata. Il cantiere comprende anche una buca per il fuoco fuori terra per il vostro divertimento.

Perfectly located home for our stay in downtown Manistee. Check In/Check Out was extremely simple and the home was very clean and had an awesome backyard over looking the channel.

Great Vacation Stay!

Great, spacious vacation home with lots of fun activities and beautiful backyard sitting area. Very clean and quiet. Easy access to river through backyard with effective gaits in case of children. Definitely recommend!!!

Great location and very nice house. We loved the yard and access to the river. It was nice that we could walk to town and the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

First St Place

We ended up staying here for a month as we were waiting for our house to be finished. It fit our needs very well. It is a great location for taking walks and also for my 90-year-old father-in-law to check out all the happenings outside the window. We were lucky enough to see a few ships go down the channel also. Excellent place to stay!

Little family getaway

Exactly as listed. The beds were not super comfortable, but they were okay for a couple nights. Communication with the property manager was quick and efficient. We had a good time even though the weather was crappy. We played with the games in the basement and some of the board games that are provided.

Nice getaway - wonderful memory maker

The home’s location was perfect! Lovely view of river and close to park, beach and great spots for walks. Couldn’t have been better. Some updating to lighting would’ve improved the interior of the home but it was equipped with most everything we needed.

Nice and Relaxing

We loved staying here! The converted garage was absolutely amazing, and we hung out in there a ton. The sliding doors on each bedroom, and the huge back deck are also amazing, and being on the waterway with the dock was perfect. The water was far enough (with a gate that locks) so we didn’t have to worry about the toddler, but close and easy enough that all of the kids could fish or kayak from there. Easy walk to playgrounds, the beach and town, it was fantastic! I do wish it had whole house AC instead of window units (one bedroom doesn’t have one), and better doorknobs (some really don’t work which was scary with kids), but those things were minor, and wouldn’t deter us from recommending it or staying there again.
