“Unique property. Kids loved it. The “house” was smaller than the photos represented, but it was still big enough. The property is loud. Expect really squeaky floors, doors, and furniture. If you are adults traveling with kids, just beware that the bed in the adult bedroom is very noisy, if you know what I mean. The jacuzzi tub is REALLY loud. Like a person couldn’t hear the TV in the sitting room over the roar of the jacuzzi. Kitchen is well-equipped and the decor is cute.”

“The air conditioner was directly above the bed, it was loud, and it blew on the bed constantly. The A/C remote was marked "do not use." The mini frig froze all my food and drinks, and the frig made a constant gurgling sound. The room was smaller than I thought it would be; it would be helpful to include dimensions in the description, especially for small rooms that don't feel like you're staying in a mansion. The bathroom was so small that it only held the toilet and a tiny shower stall. ...

“Wow, what a gem in Downtown Duluth! I'm sad we couldn't stay longer. Brand new property, very clean and well-appointed with all the comforts of home. Staff were very helpful at check-in and gave detailed instructions on accessing the room, parking etc. Room was beautiful, large and squeaky clean. Bed/pillows were very comfortable and linens absolutely spotless. Great location with easy access to dining, shops and bars. “This property was beautiful. Many areas for guests to use outside and inside. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking for guest behind Mansion. Quiet and safe location. Coffee, tea, muffins, fruit in am. Room had plenty of towels, toilet paper, nice ftidge, mictowave, coffee in guest room. I loved this place and will stay in the future.”

“We decided to stay here for a couple nights for the Duluth Airshow as it was nearby. It was wonderful. Staff was attentive and respectful. The room was clean and ac was working well. The beds were comfy and two types of pillows were offered (firm and soft). The only con is that the walls were a bit thin and could easily here people above us stomping around. “We were so very happy with the comfort inn. We almost stayed an extra night. Breakfast was fantastic, the place was very clean, the room had everything we needed. The weather was so very HOT outside (99 degrees) that it was great to have the pool and hot tub to go into before bed. Staff were very helpful. Thank you to ALL.”
