“Tolle Hotel, gute Lage. In der Rewe ist in der Nähe. Frühstück fällt ab. Immer noch gut, aber für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie deutlich zu klein. Kein Rührei. Obstsalat war leer und wurde erst zu spat wieder aufgefüllt. Hier hätte ich mir ein rechtzeitiges tauschen gewünscht.”

“OTTIMA POSIZIONE. MA CAMERA DA PULIRE. NEI COMODINI TRACCE BEN VISIBILI DI PITTURA. NELLA CAMERA CHE HO SOGGIORNATO CHE È LA 319 IL CLIMA NON FUNZIONAVA. TROPPO CALDA LA STANZA È HO DOVUTO APRIRE LE FINESTRE TUTTA LA NOTTE NOTE : NELLE FOTO COME SI PUÒ VEDERE CI SONO MOLTE COSE ROTTE QUINDI DA RIPARARE. COME SI PUÒ VEDERE DAL SIFONE DELLA DOCCIA. ALLA PLASTICA DEL SALISCENDI ED ALTRE COSE. LE 4 STELLE SONO DA ABBOLIRE. ”

“Molto pulito con camere spaziose e ben arredate. Decisamente superiore alla media. Location fuori dal centro città. Mancanza di parcheggio con charging station per macchine elettriche.”

“Avevo già soggiornato in questo hotel lo scorso agosto e come allora mi sono trovato bene. L'hotel si trova vicinissimo al centro in una zona tranquilla raggiungibile a piedi ( circa 500 m) da una delle piazze principali di Mannheim: Parade Platz. Il check-in veloce ,wi-fi funzionante, le stanze pulite e sufficientemente spaziose unite ad un prezzo decisamente favorevole ( circa 42 €/ notte solo la stanza senza colazione) mi hanno lasciato una buona impressione. Ci ritornerò senz'altro.”

“Hotel looks beautiful once arrived, as very welcoming lobby. BUT: 1. could have long waiting times for check in (inusual for German hotels) 2. car park full, even if more than empty spaces on the carpark (had to press incoming button like I would have been staying at the NH Hotel instead, and suddenly was allowed to enter the carpark). At reception they tried using ridicolous excuses (like the empty spaces were booked by other guests…. while during the night and early morning those spaces...

“Sehr nettes Hotel unweit des Hauptbahnhofs und des Mannheimer Schlosses. Ausreichend große Zimmer und Badezimmer. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet - einzig die Qualität der Brötchen lässt zu Wünschen übrig ! Tiefgaragenmiete mit 21 €/Nacht recht teuer.”

“Newly renovated, spacious, and well equipped rooms, especially the shower was pretty and large. Only thing I missed was a fridge. Staff very friendly, check-in and -out fast. Well suited for a business trip with a tram line just around the corner and restaurants/bars and supermarkets nearby. No fancy things like gym or spa on site, but did not miss that.”
