“Stayed at this hotel on 2 different occasions on our trip, coming and going from Atlanta. Great location with lots of food and shopping options within walking distance. The rooms were nice with lots of kitchenette amenities if needed. Room had a comfy feel and beds were great. The staff was outstanding both times. Overall great experiences both times. ”

“Jules and Shaman were ABSOLUTELY GREAT. Their customer service was TOP NOTCH. My only complaint is that there were gnats in my room. After a few days I couldn’t take it any more and changed to a different room. Unfortunately, that room had gnats as well. Jules sprayed my room, and it helped but did not eliminate the issue. I noticed that there were also gnats in the hallways. I was told that the issue was being worked on, however, it was not resolved before I left.”

"Nothing really special about this hotel. Carpeting in the room was filthy, so was the sofa. The only thing that I did get was clean towels every day, otherwise (out of 5 nights) nobody showed up to make up the room. Room was prepaid however I was asked for 400$ for incidentals. Out of 3 cards I had, none would work….. It did however work that same night at their restaurant and vending machine!? Not a place I would want to go again. "
