“My cousin and I stayed at this fabulous establishment for 2 nights. She remarked many times that EVERYONE associated with the hotel was extremely kind. She was right! All the front desk folks...valet folks...EVERYONE was Lovely We're on first name basis with Jonathan, Knyia,Creanna, Evita, Ellisha,Mr Charles and Ken.John and Sunshine...also Ray ,Moe andCarmen in Mrs P's.
Can't say enough about this hotel and restaurant. We have recommended it to our friend who was performing at City Winery....

“The property was nice, the room was very nice almost a suite. Two issues wand for curtains fell off on initial use, the TV was useless from early evening into next day. We contacted deck who advised us to reboot router. Which made no difference. We tried rebooting TV and router in multiple sequences with no luck. On the positive side the breakfast was better than expected. The hotel is within walking distance to Truist Park home of Atlanta Braves with lots other activities ”

“The staff is friendly, sympathetic, and accommodating.
The hotel offers amazing shuttle service in demand that takes visitors from Conference Center to any point in a mile radius / Emory campus and medical facilities.
Food at the restaurants is great, spaces are comfortable and thoughtful with plugs and WiFi, and rooms are modern and well laid out. The outdoor spaces are very zen, an oasis in an urban setting.
Best option if visiting Emory.

“Ottima struttura con camere spaziose e un piccolo cucinino a disposizione. Le camere sono pulite e dispongono di tutto il necessario. Un po’ deludente la piscina perché sporca e acqua gelata. La colazione può essere migliorata. Non abbiamo mai trovato Bacon e anche a livello di yogurt era molto limitato. Deludente il fatto che non mantengono caffè a disposizione della clientela.”

“Honestly, this was the most uncomfortable sleep I’ve had in a long time. We got a suite because there were 4 adults and a toddler. We attempted to use the pullout bed but it was AWFUL. It wasn’t even comfortable to sit on as a couch. Plus, the windows were so thin we could hear all the cars racing up and down the street. No thank you. ”

“I had hair in my shower and some black substance not sure if it was mildew or mold. The pool area was clean but the water was very cloudy and the staff didn’t have any control over the pool rules.The kids were out of control running and jumping in the pool. My little ones didn’t stand a chance. We will not pick this hotel again. When I address my concerns it was like talking to a brick wall. I so happy I had a one night stay because two I would have request my money back but I couldn’t because...

“Property was easy to find. Front desk was polite. There were lots of guests as the parking lot was full but we only saw a couple people on our floor. It was very quiet. Room was clean but bedding had a VERY strong bleach odor. Also there is a $10 per night charge to park in the parking lot which was a little strange to me since I already paid to stay there. ”
