“Stanza un po' piccola ma pulita e confortevole. Colazione molto buona ”

“Camera confortevole, non molto grande, ma buona per pochi giorni. La pulizia non era stata fatta alla perfezione al nostro arrivo, in più il frigo non era funzionante, ma dopo la nostra segnalazione è stato riparato. Nel complesso un buon soggiorno.”

“The hotel was ok but at the time of our stay there was neither a restaurant or bar at the hotel. We had to go to a nearby hotel for food and a drink. Our room was adequate and clean .”

“I had a really wonderful time staying here. The breakfast was very tasty, the garden was beautiful and I felt really looked after. I would definitely come back again! Only small issue was the parking. Luckily it is not busy so there is parking at the back but I can feel this might come to issue since it's a small car park and you dont want to park on the side of the road but tbh this is very minor and it's a bit nitpicking as I have really enjoyed my stay.”

“The room was very clean, and tastefully decorated. Bathroom was extremely clean. The hotel is located very close to both town centre and train station. Staff very helpful. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.”

“Left stranded outside the hotel after staff forgot to leave keys, after confirming directly with the hotel manager that we would be arriving late. We never were able to use our reservation and did not stay after paying in full. I called earlier in the day to confirm, and they gave me the lockbox location and code, but upon arrival by taxi (after midnight) there were no keys in the box, leaving us alone outside with no car. I’ve requested a refund from the hotel but they have not responded - I...

“Positives: Hotel was clean, quiet and newish. Breakfast goodish. Negatives Bed too soft. Room nyc-like small. My card was overcharged at the front desk compared to the amount I was expecting as per expedia. When I advised the front desk they were was not particularly understanding or even believing. I had to show my expedia booking on my phone to be believed: the desk person mentioned there was a disconnect between expedia and the hotel systems, whatever that means. “Ho soggiornato qui qualche anno fa e non ero rimasto soddisfatto. Questa volta però ho trovato l'albergo all'altezza. La posizione è ottima, direi che è orientato alle vacanze, più che a un soggiorno di lavoro. Vi era infatti una comitiva di turisti austriaci, che apparivano molto soddisfatti. Le camere sono confortevoli e ragionevolmente silenziose. La colazione è passabile e la zona ristorante ha una vista assai gradevole. L'unico neo è la strada di accesso, che è fin troppo stretta.”
