“I am asking for a Refund. We did not even stay in the property because of how disgusting and horrific it was. There was an awful smell in our room. The room looked like a prison cell the bed was against the wall with chipped paint all over. There was dirty and garbage on the bathroom floor.”

“We love staying here, however once again the kids in 251 were screaming and running the halls, so loud it woke us up twice, I eventually went in the hall and told them to shut up. Then AGAIN the damn housekeeping tried walking in our room. It was 9:30 and check out is 11. I am about sick of that happening”

“Place needed a bit of love in places as it was a bit run down. But the staff were great, very friendly and helpful.
We used the pool quite a bit which was fine, and ate breakfast on one of the days. The food was decent and a great start to the day.
Rooms were clean and comfortable, but the best part was the en suite hot tubs.
7/10... would recommend”

“No carpet, only cheap vinyl plank flooring, the bed was shot. You could see the sunken springs from where countless others have slept over the years as you walked in the room. The couch had no padding and the desk chair pleather cover was torn and coming apart. The bathroom only had one light and was behind the mirror. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Overall it was one of the worst motel rooms I’ve ever been in.”
